Wanda Vista Residence Reviews

The hotel staff were kind and courteous from the get-go. We were delighted to receive an upgrade and were impressed by the size of the room. All facilities within the room were kept in excellent order. However, some attention to cleanliness was lapsing. We found dirty handprints on the TV and walls. This, however, was rectified with housekeeping. Breakfast was included in our package but the range and quality of food was not very good. At one point, during our stay, there was nowhere to sit, and our plates were cleared away before we had finished our food. The location is about 30 mins away from the main tourist sites, but the Mall of Istanbul is a 15-minute car journey away. This is a great mall for shopping, entertainment, and getting something to eat. There is also an outlet mall 10 mins walk away that has a supermarket, fast food restaurants and a few branded shops. Overall, I was pretty pleased with the hotel and would stay again.

Check-in took 30 minutes. Very cold and unwelcoming front desk staff. Hotel infr. is very old. The location is far from everything. Public transportation is no where near the hotel. One relies only on taxi. Won’t be staying next time in this hotel.

The hotel is very luxury and useful we stayed in the residence and would stay again.

They didn't clean the room and change towels and delay add water at the room

They don't speak English well. Communication is tricky

The hotel is quite big. The location is a bit far. The service is average. Check-in is only possible at 3 o'clock. It is close to the road, noisy, and the sanitation was not clean when checking in.

I live here every time I come. I'm used to it. It's like going home.
