Big rooms and friendly staff I forgot the name of the male front desk staff member in the evening but he was truly fantastic. Welcomed me kindly to the hotel and upgraded me to a nicer room. The room was huge and had everything I needed for my stay

i booked this hotel for my family to stay, upon checking out they charged 58GBP for the children getting chocolate on the bed sheets this is just ridiculous we ordered room service for one night for 3 meals it was 1400TL the next night we ordered one meal the same as one of the three and they overcharged us it was 1000TL for one not good if you want to take the stairs and are afraid of lifts as the stairs are not open

In general, I don't know if it was because I am a Turkish citizen, they did not take care of our luggage. There were Arabs and other tourists next to us, I saw that they were directly interested in me, and I was disappointed. The cutlery in the room was very dirty and unfortunately I had to wash and use it myself.

I feel at home here. All of them are in very good conditions. I recommend it to those who want to live at home. All the services they provide are of the highest quality. Thanks again Veysel, Can, Mustafa

This is my second time staying in this hotel in Turkey. The price/performance ratio is extremely high. The room is large and you can cook. The room staff is responsible and gave me a free upgrade. Jeysel, Can, Emnr and Faon at the front desk are like a caring butler. They took the initiative to help with the luggage and sent it to the room. They also enthusiastically explained the check-in matters.

This hotel is extremely bad. The hotel is not cleaned every day, but only once every three days. Water and tea bags are not provided, and the garbage is not taken out. It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It is useless to coordinate with them countless times!

I booked a hotel room with my wife when booking, they did not explain to us who did not clean the rooms for three days, it is unacceptable to enter a hotel without cleaning being done every day . I don't understand why Trip.com didn't explain to us when booking  it's unacceptable

Standard rooms are small but quiet. Having a kitchen in the room is an advantage, but it is pointless to ask for a security deposit of 3000 TL on top of a room with not even a glass of water and a completely empty refrigerator…..

Full marks. Stayed for a long time. New.
