It's a business travel hotel. Nothing around to do . Furniture outdated .Old Hotel. No sound proofing in the rooms ..we could hear the snoring and noise from nearby rooms . No kettles or coffee-tea facilities in the room . Over priced !!! Breakfast just average.

The hotel is clean and very convenient for those who are having an event at the expo center But it is very far from the city center They have a spa A simple breakfast Walking distance from the expo and the metro station If you are looking for a leisure trip, then better to stay near downtown or by the Bosphorus

A fleeting visit, I arrived just after midnight and was greeted by a tired but friendly night receptionist. I was offered a choice of a smoking or non smoking room, I took non smoking. He also kindly said that I was able to check out at 2pm instead of 12pm, when I asked about the checkout time. I went down for breakfast at 10am, half an hour before they close, and was surprised at how busy it was and how much food was still available. Not sure what the Maitre D was there for, was not checking anyones room number, but there were staff asking if everything was ok. I got a 15 minute warning by the waiter that the buffet would be closing. A bit disappointed with the terrible coffee. It wasn't even a filter machine, but an old douwe eggberts style with bitter tasting coffe. They have the automatic button set so that it fills the cup right to the top, no room for milk at al!

All the staff were wonderful, helpful and always had a smile. The staff in the restaurant on Level 1 were extremely helpful and assisted me to collect my food and drinks as I use a walking stick. The quality of the food provided was first class my compliments to the chefs. The staff at the bar in the Lobby were so caring and always served me with a smile despite how busy they were. The Housekeeping staff did a wonderful job, my room was always spotless. The staff at Reception were always pleasant, informative and helpful. I witnessed them manage a very difficult situation one night with great diplomacy and patience. Despite my not knowing how to speak Turkish everyone went above and beyond to help me.

I stayed here for 5 days , i liked the hotel very much as well as the service food location , and most important i was surprised with the prices based on other places i checked this place was very reasonable and good , I enjoyed the selection of wines if you are a wine person as-well as the food options , round the corner there is a burger king and a cool restaurant,

Stayed in this hotel for 3 days as was on business visit.Rooms are good but they do not have kettle nor do they have tea / coffee which you can prepare in room,neither they have any toiletries in the washroom.Other then that metro is just walking distance.Over all it was comfortable

Not really "wow".... : - no room service in the morning - the cleaners leave dirty dishes in the room for days - dirty crockery is left on the floor of the hallways for days - the bar menue is full of autographical mistakes (e.g. "room" instead of "rum", "Jeam Bean" ....) - the breakfast is pretty sad All-in-all: not again. There are better options to stay in case you attend a fair.

I have just checked out after a 3 night stay at the Wow Airport hotel. I visited as part of a medical tourist package. I arrived late from IST airport to a pretty cold reception. No warm turkish welcome or chit chat whilst I was checking in. The gentleman behind the desk was simply going through the motions and not enjoying his job. The bellman might as well be redundant as I wasn’t offered help with luggage , just a lacklustre point to the elevators. Although I was travelling with just hand luggage , a kind gesture to a weary traveller really does go a long way. The Corridors are dimly lit by motion sensors . The hotel was quiet enough on arrival. On entering the room it was sweltering with the temperature set on warm- no option to cool the room. I don’t like it when hotels “winterise” their rooms for their guests without informing them. The bed was comfortable and clean. No room amenities other than x2 500ml bottles of water ( I had to call for more only to be given one each time like it was gold dust) the lack of facilities in room must be a casualty of covid 19. No iron or ironing board only an expensive ironing service - not 4* at all. Bathroom tired , extremely tired. Clean enough , cheap imported toiletries , retro hairdryer . Decent quality towels. Room service - pretty decent and quick. No tray charges which is unusual . They accepted cash or brought card machine to room- nice touch. Breakfast - left lot to be desired. Cheap coffee machine , I was in Turkey , I expected decent Turkish coffee not Douwe Egberts from an imported machine. Nice fresh fruit and veg , hot food was warm at time. Area kept generally clean and tidy. Waiting staff all male with little attention to detail and welcoming personalities. Maitre D again redundant as he never once was witnessed taking room numbers or engaging with guests. The staff unfortunately gave the breakfast room quite a corporate / cold vibe. No interaction with guests , guests who they were providing a service to. Very sad to see as I imagine when this hotel was built , it was the height of sophistication. Reception staff. Day 2 I wanted to stay an extra night , went to reception to be told €50. I showed the gentleman the Lira price online and instead of honouring it like any high class hotel would do- he stood and watched me book it on my phone. On thought I think this was his way of getting money in his pocket as a backhander . Why can’t a hotel in Turkey accept Turkish Lira? All very sad and confusing . Training needed and awareness training , maybe English language training too. The gentleman would not give his name nor did he wear a name badge like his colleagues. No manager available to offer friendly constructive criticism too. From somebody who travels extensively around the world staying in a full range or hotels 3*-5* . I do hope you take my thoughts onboard. Please encourage your staff to be friendly and warm with their guests. You have a lovely Indonesian lady behind

Turkish Airline canceled almost all flights on November 1st due to website problems. From the airport, after a very long wait, they sorted us into various hotels. They guaranteed us that we wouldn't have to pay anything. Around 11.00 pm, we went down for dinner, we ordered quietly and then in the end they brought us the bill. I explained to the waiter what the airline had told us, but he didn't want to know the reasons. When I refused to pay, before hearing from the airline, he got annoyed and grabbed my arm, absurd. Then I told the reception to write down our room number and if necessary we would take care of it the next morning. I went out to smoke a cigarette, 5 of them came out, of whom he declared to be a manager and they surrounded me, in an aggressive manner. At that point they forced me to provide them with a credit card, which my friend who was sleeping had.
