Провела неделю в отле Gulec в Стамбуле, на 3 дня приезжал сын. Впечатления от отеля самые приятные. Наши номера были рядом, что очень удобно. Персонал очень приятный и отзывчивый. Локация превосходная, все основные достопримечательности рядом, все в шаговой доступности. Завтрак с видом на Босфор, а для обеда и ужина рядом множество кафе и ресторанов. Единственным недостатком можно считать хорошую слышимость, но это бывает во многих отелях. Однозначно ремомендую

L’hôtel a besoin d’être renouvelé, mobilier vétuste, petit déjeuner pas trop de choix, pas de jus. L’employé en cuisine s’est permis de venir nous crier dessous et nous demander de nettoyer les petite miettes laisser par notre bébé! Le point positif s’est l’emplacement de l’hôtel à proximité de tous les lieux touristique, tramway ainsi que les commerces

Do not stay at this hotel. It is false that they have 4 stars, they only have 2. The hotel was dirty, I got sick due to its lack of hygiene, there was a lot of dust. I thought I had caught a bad flu but it turned out it was an allergy to a mite or some dangerous substance. I'm 60 years old and nothing like that has ever happened to me in my life. On the sixth day that I had not left the room except for lunch, I moved to a fantastic hotel 70 meters away that was 4 real stars and cheaper and the problem ended. Nothing happened to my partner. They fired me refusing to refund any money even though I had paid for 9 nights. The next day after my threats via WhatsApp they paid me only two nights even though I paid for three at the other hotel. Let's see if from here, Spain, I can bring this to the attention of any health authority in Istanbul. They ruined our Christmas vacation in the worst way.

The Best hotel. The employees are frendly and always helpful. Breakfast od varoed, the rooms are člena and tidy. All attractions are within walking distance. The hotel organizem boat trips and spa vidite.

The staff were amazingly helpful and went above and beyond with anything we asked about before we arrived and during our stay. The hotel's location is fabulous - you are in the centre of everything woth nice restaurants around you. The Grand Bazaar, Bosphorus river & Sophia mosque are all within easy walking distance. The breakfast was excellent with a good selection of fruit, bread, cheese,, cold meat etc. If you want to do a tour, they have all the information for you.. Tips: A travel card is not necessary unless you wish to take the trams. You can walk easily to all the main attractions.

Estuvimos la semana pasada y puedo decir que nuestra experiencia fue excelente. Habitaciones cómodas, desayuno incluido y muy bien situado para ir a visitar todo. A mejorar la insonorización de las habitaciones del tráfico. Lo mejor, la amabilidad de todo el personal, sobre todo de Atila y los otros dos recepcionistas. Saludos de Juan y Manuela

Good location. Reception staff was friendly and assigned a room i asked for. They gave me a 1h late checkout. Breakfast is POOR….….with a view Room is small Not very clean Had to ask for sugar/coffee/stirrers No cups only glasses in room Overall a bad choice even for the money paid. I would stay here again only if my life depended on it.
