I chose the hotel for 1 night due to its proximity to the airport. I got there by metro, 1 stop. They put me in a room without a window, there was a ingrained, persistent smoke smell. There is a construction site next to the hotel, which can interfere with proper rest and sleep.
The room has a kettle, tea / coffee, mini-fridge, TV, good silent air conditioning, which also works for heating.
The bed is very comfortable, the linen is clean.
