The hotel is located very close to the Hagia Sophia (7min walk). The room was pretty small but was perfect for me as I just had a day's layover in Istanbul. The staff was very friendly. I was allowed to check in super early (around 5AM with check out the same afternoon at 3PM - based on my layover) for an extra charge of 200 lira, which is alright. However, I was not offered the room that I booked (double room, but was offered a single bed room). One suggestion would be to book the cab to the airport using taxi apps as the hotel facilitated taxi was more expensive. But good hotel all in all!

Pretty nice and near the attractions. Could be noisy at night be ready for that.

Clean, convenient, nice guys in hotels

Great location in the city, clean hotel with good wifi and powerful AC in the rooms. Staff are super friendly and hard working. Available at all times to answer questions or give help. Discounts provided for food and drinks at the hotel and on tours or sight seeing in the city. If I visit Istanbul again I'll stay here for sure.

The location was great and not too far away! The room is clean and there are many restaurants around! I arrived early, but they let me into my room right away, which was helpful! The carrying case was heavy and it was difficult to walk up hills and cobblestone roads! The room is quite small, so it might be more convenient to get one in the old town.

The hotel is on the bar street, with a bar downstairs and accommodation upstairs. The whole building was moving at night, and it was impossible to sleep. The room was also very small, and two suitcases could not fit. It was speechless! There was no elevator either. Although the front desk would carry the suitcases upstairs, you had to carry them downstairs by yourself. The stairs were small and corner stairs, don't step on the thunder!

The front desk doesn't speak English very well, the people are quite enthusiastic, but it's a one-time deal and there is no concept of word-of-mouth management. The hotel is located on a bar street. This hotel has the loudest speakers on the whole street. It can't be turned off by communication, and you can't rest at any time. Be careful. The hair dryer is broken and there is not enough toilet paper, but it has been improved after communication. In short, I will not stay here again.

The service is great, the room is relatively small, the location is great, and there is a lot of food. The waiters are all boys, but they are very enthusiastic. I will stay here again next time!

The hotel was simply fantastic! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and attentive. The location was also ideal, close to attractions and public transport. The room is relatively small and there are no basic toiletries

I have the most pleasant experience of the hotel. I chose it to be close to St. Cathedral. Sofia and the Grand Bazaar, since I was in transit for 1 day. I wanted to enjoy the ancient part of the city. Everything worked out. The cathedral is literally 5 minutes away, the Grand Bazaar is 15 minutes away. The rooms are located above the restaurant, this adds an oriental atmosphere and it is convenient to drink Turkish tea with baklava when leaving the room. The hotel and restaurant staff are very friendly. I fell in love with the city and Turkey in November: there are fewer tourists, the weather is +24. Fabulous! I had a single room, very small, but it had everything, even a kettle. Price-quality more than corresponds. Special thanks for organizing the early transfer (cheaper than through BiTaksi). A bonus was a walk around the evening center. Well, the restaurant generously treated us to tea and baklava. I'm absolutely delighted. I wish the hotel prosperity and only satisfied customers!
