The location is good. The room itself is excellent, spacious, the bed is comfortable. The main minus is the bathroom, it is tiny and needs repair, there is not enough room to turn around in the shower stall. The toilet was constantly leaking water and the seat was sliding down. The room was 401.
There is a Sok grocery store in the building. The hotel is indeed surrounded by shopping streets and stores with plumbing and other household goods, but these inconveniences (crowds of cars unloading goods, difficult to walk along a narrow pedestrian zone) only last 5 minutes, until you get out of the shopping arcades.
When checking in, there was no refrigerator in the room - but upon request, the staff quickly brought it to the room. There was also a misunderstanding with the hotel staff, who did not see in their system that I paid for the room, the online support service contacted the hotel staff and sorted everything out, but in the morning I was again asked to pay for the room, this time by a different employee. I had to explain again that the payment had already been sorted out the day before. Overall, things didn't work out for me with this hotel, I was glad that the reservation was only for one night.

I am very satisfied with the hotel. The staff are very nice. The owner of the coffee shop at the entrance is very nice. It takes 3 minutes to get to Galata Tower. Climb up directly. Next time, if I come here by myself, I will choose this place again.

Pros: The hotel is very close to Galata Tower and the metro station. You can see Galata Tower directly from the room. The hotel staff is very friendly and upgraded our room. The hotel elevator is very interesting. It is a folding door. It is the first time I have seen it. Breakfast is eaten in a small shop opposite the hotel.

The largest deluxe quadruple room was perfect for us, two adults and two children. The room was large and clean. The front desk was very friendly and offered us free transportation cards. When we left, we left our child's phone watch behind. They looked for it several times and said they would send it to the airport on the last day. They were very friendly.
