The hotel is very nice, and the owner is also very friendly. During the stay, he helped me order meals and taxis, and also gave me a local bus card to use local transportation. The hotel is in a very good location, close to Electric Street and close to galata tower.

Great stay

I am very satisfied with the hotel. The staff are very nice. The owner of the coffee shop at the entrance is very nice. It takes 3 minutes to get to Galata Tower. Climb up directly. Next time, if I come here by myself, I will choose this place again.

The largest deluxe quadruple room was perfect for us, two adults and two children. The room was large and clean. The front desk was very friendly and offered us free transportation cards. When we left, we left our child's phone watch behind. They looked for it several times and said they would send it to the airport on the last day. They were very friendly. The location is very good, right next to Galata Tower, within walking distance to the seaside, T1, Istiklal Street, Taksim

The location is good. The room itself is excellent, spacious, the bed is comfortable. The main minus is the bathroom, it is tiny and needs repair, there is not enough room to turn around in the shower stall. The toilet was constantly leaking water and the seat was sliding down. The room was 401. There is a Sok grocery store in the building. The hotel is indeed surrounded by shopping streets and stores with plumbing and other household goods, but these inconveniences (crowds of cars unloading goods, difficult to walk along a narrow pedestrian zone) only last 5 minutes, until you get out of the shopping arcades. When checking in, there was no refrigerator in the room - but upon request, the staff quickly brought it to the room. There was also a misunderstanding with the hotel staff, who did not see in their system that I paid for the room, the online support service contacted the hotel staff and sorted everything out, but in the morning I was again asked to pay for the room, this time by a different employee. I had to explain again that the payment had already been sorted out the day before. Overall, things didn't work out for me with this hotel, I was glad that the reservation was only for one night.

Pros: The hotel is very close to Galata Tower and the metro station. You can see Galata Tower directly from the room. The hotel staff is very friendly and upgraded our room. The hotel elevator is very interesting. It is a folding door. It is the first time I have seen it. Breakfast is eaten in a small shop opposite the hotel. Cons: The room hygiene needs to be improved! The toilet seat does not match

The hotel is located in a small alley, next to the Lamp Street and the Musical Instrument Street. It takes 6 minutes to walk to Galata Tower and 7 minutes to Independence Street. The room is large and comfortable, and the staff is friendly. However, the shuttle bus cannot reach the hotel entrance and needs to walk to the main road.

I booked a triple room. The room was big enough and the location was convenient. It was considered a small hotel.

Disgusting hotel with disgusting staff. The staff was absent from the reception, after which they suggested visiting the restaurant on the roof, and as compensation they offered a 50% discount on the menu. This discount is given to all hotel visitors, after the discount the price is higher than the average in Istanbul

The air conditioner is too cold and the shower head is broken

The location is excellent, very close to galata tower and very close to the beachfront industry. The service staff speak good English, have trouble-free communication, are warm and considerate, and will notify us if we leave anything behind after check-out. The price of the room is very cheap and it's big. It's a little smelly because it's newly opened, but it's acceptable. highly recommended! !

The hotel is located near the Galata Tower in the European District. It is only a 3-minute walk to the stone tower. It is not far from the cathedral and mosque scenic spots, and is also close to Independence Street. There is no need to worry about eating and drinking nearby. The location is excellent. The hotel service staff is warm and welcoming. There was only a thin blanket on the bed, and the quilt was placed in the cupboard without a quilt cover. On the first night, I was covered with a blanket and woke up from the cold in the middle of the night, so I used the quilt to deal with it. There was a stain on one side of the sheet, and the two corners at the end of the bed were also protruding. My feet were bumped several times, and one night I didn't pay attention and got bruises. The hotel only provides 2 bottles of mineral water every day and cannot provide more. I stayed here mainly to visit nearby attractions, and the location of the hotel is indeed excellent.

The hotel is very well positioned, 2 steps away from the metro station, the ferry pier and the Galata bridge. I also very much liked the Beyoglu neighbourhood, vibrant, safe, and with all the desirable amenities and services. Despite being in the centre of the neighbourhood, the hotel street is quiet at night. The superior double room is spacious, plenty of space for either 1 or 2 people.However, my room was on the first floor (despite I asked for high floors) and therefore it was pretty dark because the street is quite narrow. The mattress was not particularly comfortable (hard) and there's a lack of plugs in the room. Moreover, there's only one light controller next to the entrance door and not close to the bed. The bathroom is spacious enough, but felt humid and with not shelves or counters where to put your belongings. Moreover, the sink was a bit clogged and the wc had leakages on the floor. You could hear noises from other rooms. The breakfast is decent. Staff was very kind and welcoming, definitely a plus. It was possible to pay by card, which is not that obvious, so it was very much appreciated.
