Robish customer service, receptionist on that day don't know how to talk to the customer and charge me dable for the stay avoid going to that hotel I won't go there in million years totally disappointed

This is the count. Avoid this place, it's not clear where the high rating came from. There is zero sound insulation from everything - from the street, corridor, neighboring rooms. Loud noise from cars, packs of dogs, terrible noise from flying airplanes. It's basically impossible to sleep there! The beds are narrow, the plumbing is so-so, the electrics are terrible - the entrance panel where the card is inserted is loose and comes off, cutting off all the light in the room. About 250 liras according to the meter from the airport, 15 min.

The staff's attitude is terrible. I don't recommend it. The shower in the room was not working properly and only cold water came out. I called the front desk and they told me to wait about 10 minutes and try again, so I did, but only water came out. My friend's room had no water in the first place. After that, a staff member came, but they said that there was no problem even though only water came out, and they were about to leave it as it was, so I told them that I was in trouble, and they said they would wait a little and come back, and they left and never came back. So I called the front desk again and they told me to wait another 10 minutes, and I waited about 20 minutes, but there was no word, so I called again and they finally came to check. They were probably waiting for us to give up. After that, I don't know why, but hot water suddenly came out, so I was able to use the shower, but the attitude was very bad. They had a bad look on their face the whole time.

The hotel is not soundproofed, so you can hear the sound of airplanes and chatting next door. Although it takes 15 minutes to drive from the airport, you still need to book a car, and hotel pick-up is 50 euros. Because of the unpleasant experience of drivers in Istanbul charging exorbitant prices, I booked an airport pick-up. But I stood in the cold wind for fifteen minutes before they came to pick me up, and the staff who made me wait was super unreasonable and unpleasant. Other readers can also try to take a taxi by themselves from Gate 8, which is faster.
