Travelled with two teenagers children. And it was not the best I have stayed. On arrival the room floor had balls of dust and fluff. Not good first impression. My daughter asked for sawing kit, they said would bring to the room- never turned up. We had family room. Big for 2 beds, not for 3. No wardrobe so no where to hung clothes, no where even to shelf clothes! No where to dry clothes if you need to freshen it up . One needs a shower 3-4 times a day in the middle of July! Do count your clothes accordingly! Breakfast was 3 out of 5. Nothing special very scares choice. Very basic. No fruits even in the middle of summer. Positive- lots of free water. Room cleaner every day including changing towels. And location is top notch! The view from the terrace is worth every little moment of above described inconveniences.

I really enjoyed my stay at Joyway, the room service and house keep was excellent. Ismail was very helpful and made our stay very comfortable. Abdullah was great and ensured we get what we need for the breakfast. We will definitely visit this hotel again.

Before I left, I saw someone comment that the room had bed bugs, and I was thinking about changing hotels temporarily, but I didn't do so in the end - it turned out to be correct, because I didn't encounter any unpleasant insects in the room. In addition, Ctrip's booking tips said "the hotel has no front desk service" and "need to contact in advance to check in". Ctrip and I tried to contact the hotel many times in succession to no avail, but fortunately, the hotel actually has a front desk service, and it doesn't seem to need to contact in advance (after all, we couldn't contact it all the time). The hotel is next to the Hagia Sophia, and the room faces the Bosphorus, where seagulls fly, which is very pleasant. When checking in, a handsome waiter helped with the luggage at the hotel, and I was very grateful to him (when he was carrying the luggage, I was still worried that I didn't have cash to pay the tip, but fortunately he didn't ask for a tip in the end, but he was very friendly and explained the precautions). Because the hotel needed to clean the room, I didn't get the opportunity to check in early, but I could store my luggage and sit down and rest in the terrace restaurant. Overall, it was very good, but the only drawback was that the curtains in the room were a little light-transmitting, and it was a little difficult to pull the curtains. In addition, when locking/unlocking the patio door, you need to lift the door handle upwards and turn the key at the same time.

The hotel is right next to Hagia Sophia (5 minutes walk), close to the sea, with very convenient scenery, food and transportation. It is recommended to stay.

Back to Istanbul for a temporary stay of one night, the location, service and facilities of this hotel are all good, you can also open the windows for ventilation, and the terrace for breakfast can take some sea view photos

The central air conditioner was broken when I checked in. The merchant did not apologize and did not provide an electric fan! That night I went to bed at 2 o'clock with the balcony door open (it was hot), and was woken up by the sun at 6 o'clock in the morning! The room is so small that even a 23-inch suitcase cannot be fully opened. The funny thing is that the balcony is only 20 centimeters wide! ! There was still no air conditioning the next day. I wanted to rest in the room during the day and it was unbearably hot. The air conditioning didn't come on until around 3 o'clock in the middle of the night. The merchant said it had just been repaired, but I suspected it was due to power cuts! ! It is not recommended to stay at this hotel at all! Also, the shower partition is not tempered glass and is very thin. You will definitely touch it when you go to the toilet. You are always worried because no one wants to have an accident when going out. The only highlight is the rooftop restaurant, which has a nice view and is open to the public.

Suite 4 nights~ First of all, if I had known that the accommodation was up stairs, I would not have made the reservation. I went up several times to eat breakfast in the hot summer and then stopped. Going out and coming back is a tough job on a hot summer day. Also, I should just give up on breakfast. I have traveled all over the world and have seen 3-star and 2-star hotels, but this place has the worst breakfast! Google reviews say it is good for a regular restaurant, but if you expect breakfast when booking a place, it is worse than a 2-star hotel in Vietnam. There is no toaster, that is all. The handles of the milk bottle and juice bottle were broken, but they still used them,,,It was the same for all 4 nights. Later, they felt sorry and tried to provide a service drink or a meal before leaving, but how can I eat it when I don't have time,, and the breakfast was not compensated for in any way.. I hope other people keep confirming that there are many problems. The breakfast needs improvement! The location is good!

Good location, view from the windows, large rooms. The price is competitive. The staff, in general, left a positive impression, but it was noticeable that the hotel had just opened and some shortcomings were being corrected on the fly. It is not very convenient that the restaurant on the top floor does not have self-service. The only unpleasant episode is connected with this. They simply forgot about us and had to contact the staff.

Very nice, modern hotel. Very nice service, excellent location, very clean room and the entire hotel. Great restaurant located on the 4th floor of the hotel overlooking the sea. Pros: Air conditioning, TV, fridge in the room, hair dryer, daily room cleaning, including refilling cosmetics (very well-equipped bathroom - from a toothbrush to a hair comb). The only downside is the quite thin walls, through which you can hear other guests using the toilet. Apart from that, everything is great, I highly recommend it ❤️
