I walked from the metro with luggage, only 8 minutes in a straight line, very convenient. The tram stop is also close. Staff very friendly, rooms were clean

"J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel récemment et j'ai été très déçu par l'accueil. La réceptionniste a été peu professionnelle et j'ai ressenti des attitudes inappropriées, presque comme un geste de ....., chaque fois que je demandais ma carte de chambre. De plus, la qualité du petit-déjeuner était médiocre, avec peu de choix et des aliments peu frais. C'est inacceptable et cela a vraiment gâché mon séjour. Je ne recommande pas cet endroit."

Pros: Service is good and staff are friendly. Disadvantages: the hotel is not very conveniently located for tourists. In my opinion, one cannot say that the hotel is 4-star, since the rooms are quite shabby. the carpets and chairs are greasy. smell from toilets.
