Facilities: New hotel, the room is large, equipped with TV, hairdryer, refrigerator, tea bags, and kettle.
Hygiene: Very clean.
Environment: There are many kiosks and supermarkets nearby, such as SOK, which are very lively. But it was not easy to find when I went there for the first time. There is a construction site next to it, which is a bit noisy during the day.
The boss is a young guy, warm and friendly.

It was a nice hotel for the price.
The staff was friendly too. (I stayed at three other hotels in Turkey, but most of them were not friendly.)
However, it seems there were not enough staff, and there were days when cleaning was not done.
I hope the owner will hire more staff.
