For sure one of the best hotels I ever booked here. The reason that I could not give a full 5-rating is that the infinity pool has on the edge a lot of bird’s ****. Otherwise the room, restaurants, pool service, reception and concierge are on top level. Late check-out was approved with a smile. The only nagging: I asked for a quiet room, but got one near the hotel’s tennis court and a re-construction site.

The staff were very helpful particularly Ahmed ( Duty Manager Reception) and Beliz ( Guests Relations) and Katia ( Gym). The hotel was opened just 18 days when we arrived. There were a couple of “snagging’ issues, which were dealt with really quickly. The vegan buffet breakfast is the best I have ever eaten. I have a the few recipes and ideas for when I get home. Thanks Muhammad for the marinated tofu recipe. The gym is also very well equipped. Lots of cardio machines, weights including 20kg Olympic bars with various sized plates (15,20kg), 5 different boxing bags. There is also a class timetable and Stand Up Paddle Boarding. The gym staff are AMAZING; really know their stuff. The location is fantastic. Only a ten minute bus ride into the old time. We had a fab time.

Hotel with stunning view. This hotel has everything for a comfortable stay, I especially liked the gym and spa area, the trainers are very responsive and help with different activities, there is a tennis area and even SUP boards. The gym has a very large selection of exercise machines, I havent seen this in other hotels) I liked everything and I will definitely come again

Beautiful hotel, very nice view, spacious rooms. We were attending an exhibition at the hotel. The service was excellent , very friendly and hospitable staff. Delicious food. Breakfast with breathtaking view. Congratulations on the opening!

Great hotel at fantastic location Goldenhorn. You feel like you are in a resort in the city. Great outdoor infinity pool. Friendly staff. Windows can be open in all rooms. Direct access to sea is a plus. We love concepd and the food . You can go to oldcity in 10 minutes

I went to Rixos Tersane and had a great time in this amazing hotel, the hotel is new and all the facilities are breathtaking. The hotel combines heritage and modernity.My experience was made even more special by mr Ahmed Deskoy. I would recommend to anyone staying here.

We visited the Rixos Tersane Istanbul for 3 nights, which had just 'softly-opened' their doors to the public. When we arrived, at around 2145 hours, we encountered a luxirious high ceiling lobby containing gorgeous chandeliers. We were greeted by the hotel's staff and Mr. Atahan, who was courteous, warm, very welcoming, and kind enough to give us  a short tour of the hotel, and showed us to our rooms. Even though the kitchen was about to close, we were allowed to dine at the hotel's restaurant, ‘Josephine Istanbul’. Leading to the restaurant's beautiful terrace with a breathtaking view of the Bosphorus, an exceptional collection of model boats was exhibited in glass cabinets and on the ceiling. The food at Josephine was exquisite, which resulted in an ultimate dining experience. Since we were a family of 5 the rooms were connecting, which also included a lovely lounge in-between with a WC, a small balcony, and a cozy window seat where you could sit and enjoy the magnificent view of the Bosphorus strait. Both rooms also had a terrific view, were extremely spacious, clean and comfortable, decorated with elegance, with large windows allowing for natural brightness, and contained all the high-end amenities that someone would want. Each room had their own bathroom, which were lavish with fluffy towels and included a separate bath (only in master bedroom), shower, and WC, as well as two washbasins. I need to thank Ms. Refika who cleaned our rooms daily for being patient and looking after us. The infinity pool was impressive and uniquely situated along the Bosphorus. The pool area included very comfortable sunbeds, stylish towels, and a cosy bar. The Rixos Tersane is built on an old ship yard along the Golden Horn harbour that combines history with tranquillity and opulence. Last but not least, my family and I wish to thank Ms. Beliz Adam, the hotel's Guest Relations Manager, who, with her polite and affectionate attitude she made us feel much appreciated. We will be back soon!

This is a new hotel in Istanbul. It is extremely beautiful with amazing postcard views of the sea and this magnificent city. Our room is very specious and the view is spectacular. The hotel is new and the food and attention to details is great. The service is also second to none, we were welcomed by Ms Beliz guest relations manager, who was very helpful and made sure we are very happy with our room and kept checking if we needed anything. Everything and everyone is very helpful and made us feel special. We are coming back to this amazing hotel every time we are in Istanbul.

Although this place isn't 100percent finished yet my stay at the hotel was second to none, Miss Beliz Adam (guest relations management) gave me a full complimentary stay and was extremely generous. The staff couldnt have been any friendlier. The food was excellent and the infinity pool outside is superb, the outside area is humangeous and has state of the art architect that sees all of Istanbuls beauty! I had the rare pleasure of seeing dolphins 5 meters infront of me in the sea. The rooms are spacious and the lobby area is so beautiful. Its clean and smells great. Although this was all great, the gym is probably one of the best things they can offer with the newest technology possible for every muscle group you need inlcuding complimentary classes. The area is truly amazing as well, i will be back for sure

We recently stayed at Rixos Tersane Istanbul from August 17th to 18th for one night, and despite the hotel being in its “soft opening” phase, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The warm welcome we received at this hotel was truly top-notch and memorable. The comfortable location, within walking distance of the concert venue where “Kienemusik” performed, added to the overall convenience and satisfaction of our stay. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Sabina and Ahmed Desoky for their warm hospitality. Special recognition goes to Ahmed for his outstanding efforts in resolving an issue we faced with entering the concert. Our tickets stated entry was only allowed until 6:00 PM, but we arrived at 8:30 PM. Ahmed, along with the GM, went above and beyond to resolve this issue, ensuring we were able to attend the concert. The next day, Ahmed’s words, “everything is possible with Rixos,” truly resonated with us and became the motto of our trip. We are incredibly grateful for the warm reception and the lengths the staff went to, ensuring we could attend the concert despite the hiccup with the promo company, which had no relation to Rixos. Thank you, Rixos Tersane Istanbul, for a wonderful stay and for making our experience so special.
