I can not believe what they did to me! After 6 years I am going to the hotel they have asked to me , at the reception, a cash deposit for the bar in the room. I said “…you’ve the credit card …why cash…” they said cash or we close the lock of the bar in your room, by refusing to give cash as deposit to the reception they have locked my mini bar in the room !!!!! Is this the new way to apply a 2023.1 customer care software applied by a 5 stars hotel? Isn’t it a shame ? All’arrivo presso la reception mi hanno detto devi lasciare un deposito in contanti o non puoi a avere il minibar . Gli ho riposto ma avete la carta di credito! Loro mi hanno ribadito il Concetto ed al mio rifiuto di dare contante come deposito mi hanno mandato una loro persona a chiudere il minibar in camera. Oltre ad affermare che è una vergogna, sono loro cliente da sei anni, mi chiedo se è la versione applicata del 2023.1 customer care ! La reception m’a demandé une déposition de monnaie pur le mini bar dan ma chambre , j’ai réponde « …vous avez ma carte de crédit à garantie…. », ill ont répondez cash o nous fermons le mini bar dan votre chambre. Ça c’est passé à mon refusé de donner argent cash à déposer pour le mini bar: une personne de la réception à envoie une garçon a fermé mon mini bar dan la chambre! Très belle application du service client dans un hôtel cinq étoile !!!

Everything was fantastic in the hotel. The hospitality of the staff is outstanding. The view is perfect from the room. We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. If i come again to turkey, i will definitely stay in this hotel.

Hotel a little smaller than I had envisioned. It was a pleasant experience especially at the spa where I found a balinese working there. After a long flight a steam room, Turkish bath and an excellent massage is heavenly. Package promo at €55 is reasonable. Massage is 40 min. Add on massage will cost €30 for another 40 mins. I wish the spa offers Ayurvedic massage as well! Staffs are friendly although I found most people in turkey flaunting the rules on the masks and staying too close to the guests. It must be too hot for them and even at the mall I found them pulling down when they talked to customers!!! That’s going to be bad news in trying to control covid! Generally though, staff here still following the rules. Not so much the taxi drivers and other people outside! I only stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Took some photos at the roof top but considering its location and surrounding area (nothing much one can do other than walk around the river) it’s tough choice to stay on for more nights unless you are driving yourself. Nonetheless I had pleasant time here thanks to all stuff. A taxi ride to Istenya Park from here costs around 70TL.

The location is a bit remote, but there is a subway station nearby. It is quite convenient to get in and out. The hotel service staff are also very nice and polite.

This was a great hotel. One of the best we have used in recent years. Staff were ever helpful and the level of English spoken amongst all staff was excellent. Breakfast was really good and the hotel passed my long standing 'fresh orange juice' test! We had meals in both the ground floor lounge and the 10th floor restaurant and both we good but not remarkable. Price for wine is very steep. The hotel is a bit isolated and not much can be done on foot but taxis are cheap and we picked the hotel as central to the activities we had planned. We were unlucky to stay while very noisy work was being done on the first floor, but the hotel readily offered a room change and so inconvenience was limited (but it would have made sense not to put us so close to the work in the first place). Traffic noise is acceptable for a city centre hotel. We would definitely recommend the hotel and consider staying again.
