Hotel near Taksim Square. Climb the slope to the square, but it is convenient if you take the shuttle bus. The breakfast menu is plentiful and nice.

the reception staff very nice, helpful and polite despite the bad behavior of the porter, arrogant and rude in terms of cleanliness the rooms were not well maintained and unfortunately bad behavior from the cleaning ladies too

Clean and simple, a little far from main taksim square and taksim central atraction with metro beein a bit too far but everything else is dooable. And taxis do take you unlike near other places where they refuze to take you or ask for ridiculus amounts of money

The hotel has all you need for a nice stay in Istanbul. It has clean rooms, daily change of towels , sheets and room care. The morning menu is really abundant. Special thanks to Riza , Davud and Ozun , very kind and ready to help and answer you. The only disadvantage of this hotel is the location, as you need to climb at least 7 minutes before going to main road. As for taxis , they pass in front of the hotel every minute

The icon hotel is a welcoming place to stay. In my experience the staff are very hard working and put a lot of effort to make ur trip feel more comfortable. Rıza bey and his kitchen staff are very polite, the breakfast buffet has a lot of tasty options to choose from. I would also like to thank Kenan and Volkan bey also the whole lobby staff for being so helpful during our stay. The room quality was great. Room service was also very efficient and the rooms were cleaned every day. I hope to visit the icon hotel again!

Staff were really professional and prestigious. The breakfast was really enjoyable. Also the lobby had a calm and peaceful environment for our meetings, and a cousy lobby bar serving coffee and other drinks with reasonable prices.

We arrived at the hotel late in the evening and received a warm welcome. Our stay lasted 10 days, despite an external operation, the hotel staff made our stay more comfortable than ever. The food is very tasty, hotel rooms are clean and nice. Will take this hotel for any future stay.

I was staying for 9 days and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast is delicious and you are greeted with a guy named Riza, who is really awesome and nice ✌️ They even arranged me a shuttle from and to an airport. And on a rainy day they drove me to the Congress center 👏👏👏

We had a internet problem for 5 days! It is unacceptable! The location of hotel is awful , it is located in the street with a lot of repair cars. The breakfast is normal, I DO NOT recommend this Hotel!! The behaivour of Staff were not polite and sometimes they wanted to fight you!

The room was clean. The staff were so nice and helpful specially Arman, Jana and Sina. The size of the room was ok not too small. Very clean bath room and good air conditioning. If you want to go to the Taksim square by walking there will be many stairs but the good point is that there is a shuttle every hour from morning untill 18:00 to the Taksim Square. The location is so so .

Four star hotel, excellent service, very clean rooms, very rich breakfast, charming waiters, especially Riza and Peter. In the reception department, excellent professional and smiling service is provided by Faiza. Above all, the hotel has a charming hotel general manager named Gokhan Bey who is responsible for everything and personally makes sure that all guests are satisfied. The hotel is 400 meters from Taksim square but there is a free shuttle service to the city center every hour. The price of staying at the hotel is relatively to the quality of the excellent service at the hotel it is extremely reasonable. What more could you ask for?
