Nova Plaza Prime Hotel Reviews

The hotel is decent but hardly a five-star hotel. I reserved a suite, which is big and well-appointed. The fridge is not working. The hotel should be refurbished. Otherwise, it should be considered a four-star rating. The staff are unfriendly and don't smile. 😒, I asked them to help me locate a taxi to the airport. They asked me to pay 80€, but I managed to get a taxi for 30€.

The swimming pool is closed and it very busy with students and groups

I booked this hotel for one night basically for the swimming pool but when i checked in i got told it's still under some work but it doesn't say that when i booked it, i think it was over priced and in a bad location, long journeys on taxis to main parts of Istanbul, i wont book it again, staff some of them nice and kind and some of them not.

Hotel staff friendly and nice. However the hotel is not 5 star. I would say more 3.5 star by international standards. Because the spa and gym facilities under renovations. I would give them 3*

Hotel is a good one. I like it. It has very rich breakfast too.

Nice location

Staff very friendly and always willing to help. We enjoyed our short stay very much, the hotel is a lot cleaner and nicer then the previous reviews state, so please don’t be put off by them. The location is only really for people who need to be in that particular area, I wouldn’t recommend the location for anybody who wants to do extensive tourism without using taxis (unless you know how to use Istanbul metro).

location is in industrial area, only taxis can be used to go anywhere it is very close to Mall Of Istanbul but you can't walk there. Taxi drivers try to rip you off at about 100 TRL to Mall of Istanbul

The room is super big, the service is very good, and the breakfast is also very rich. It is more suitable for catching a flight. It takes about 1,000 liras to take a taxi to the airport. The nearest Carrefour takes 13 minutes by taxi. If you plan to go shopping or visit attractions, it is not recommended to stay here. The transportation is not convenient. You need to take a taxi to go everywhere. Everyone knows the taxi fare in Istanbul.

Booked for the flight the next day, breakfast is OK
