Facilities: I live on the first floor of Building 2#. Outside the window is the ceiling and ventilation ducts of the hall. The curtains have never been opened. It feels like a disaster. Hygiene: It can only be said to be so-so. Environment: The hotel is located in the old city of Istanbul, which is the center of several famous attractions. After going downstairs, there are tourists everywhere around, and there are many restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. It is very noisy. Eating is a hassle, there are too many people, and the price is expensive (compared to non-scenic areas and residential areas). Service: When checking in, the guy who received the lobby was quite enthusiastic, and the guy who handled the registration felt superior, especially when dealing with Chinese people. He spoke Turkish English, which made people confused. What did he say (my English is still okay). There is not even a hotel introduction manual in the room, no napkins, no soap and toothpaste. After all, it is a 5-star hotel. The breakfast variety is single, and the waiter is relatively indifferent, probably because there are more tour groups in this hotel. The room is not soundproof. The lobby downstairs is a restaurant. At 23:00 at night, people were still eating, drinking and playing music. At around 4:00 in the morning, people were preparing in the restaurant, and the noise was very loud. People who sleep light will go crazy. Location: Convenient transportation, T1 (light rail), M2 (subway), and many buses. It is close to Hagia Sophia, Galata Bridge, Grand Bazaar, etc. The hotel has a comparative advantage in this area. Personally, if you are traveling with a small number of people, it is not recommended to stay here.
