Avrasya Hostel

We arrived at 3am and booked a family room with garden view. When we arrived, an old man who couldn't speak English wouldn't let us check in and asked us to pay more. When I asked Ctrip, they said we had indeed paid through Ctrip and they couldn't do anything about it. Later, the old man found someone who could speak English and said the room was full and that we could check in the next day. Ctrip just said that the other party didn't speak English and sent me an email to communicate myself. After a long time, the old man arranged a particularly shabby room on the top floor. The curtains were falling down and the bed smelled moldy. It was seriously inconsistent with the photos on Ctrip. Ctrip also admitted it. I asked for the difference in the room price, but Ctrip kept dragging the communication for several days and said there was no way to solve it. Ctrip's customer service is terrible. Don't book this hotel!

Avrasya Youth Hostel is in a good location, near Istanbul's Grand Palace, Hagia Sophia, and Blue Mosque. It is also close to the beach, about a 10-minute walk away. It is very pleasant to sit by the sea. The room layout is good, cleaned every day, and cost-effective. There is also a kitchen for cooking. People from different countries often stay here, and everyone chats in a friendly manner. The staff are also very kind.

The location is good, and the boss is warm and hospitable. However, the store was under renovation when I went there, so it didn't feel very good. I look forward to it after the renovation! ! !
