Very unsatisfactory hotel
1. Very noisy, there is a bar street downstairs, and there are parade cars in the middle of the night, the kind that pass by with speakers playing (2 o'clock in the middle of the night)
2. You can’t find anyone at night, and you can’t contact Ctrip either.
3.The balcony is very small

Está muy cerca de Plaza Taksim y su mezquita. Una zona animada con bares, pero a la vez tranquilo para el descanso. Muy económico. Nos destinaron un departamento cercano, muy cómodo, con aire acondicionado, kitchenette y camas cómodas. Muy buena atención

The location of the hotel is superb, walkable to taksim square. Easy access both via bus or train from istanbul airport. Just a minute away from MRt station whcih is easy. Hotel room cleaned, completed amenities provided. The staffs also good.

As someone who travels frequently, I can confidently say that this hotel was the best I've ever stayed in. While I won't go on about the location since it's evident from the map, it was the service that truly stood out during our entire trip. We needed a place to stay between flights and randomly chose this hotel based on its location. However, our first flight was significantly delayed, and we arrived in Istanbul at 1 am. To our pleasant surprise, the hotel had contacted us via the booking service and even left a note on the door with instructions for self-check-in. We called the number they provided and they guided us through the process, even at such a late hour.
The following day, we requested an extra hour for check-out to finish some business, and the hotel graciously granted our request. They also helped us with our luggage and provided advice on the best way to get to the airport. They even negotiated with a taxi on our behalf. The room itself was cozy and immaculately clean, and the location was superb. However, it was the exceptional service that truly made our stay memorable.
If we ever need to return to Istanbul, we won't even consider any other hotel. To the hotel staff, if you're reading this, please know that you made our short stay the best it could possibly be. We will definitely be coming back!

Very nice hotel and very nice experience Hotel location is very good, in the heart of Taksim area. Room was very clean and big enough Price is excellent. Staff are really courteous specially Volkan, he is such a nice and supportive guy. Strongly recommend

The hotel has only 6 rooms, a pleasant quiet environment and a beautiful interior. The room was small, but had everything you needed: a comfortable bed, clean bed linen and towels, a kettle, a minibar. The staff is very nice and friendly, they checked us in early, helped us put our things in the room and were always in touch with all questions) Breakfast got boring, of course, after a week, but overall we were full. Moreover, the hotel has an excellent location and right around the corner there is a street with bars and cafes) There is a metro nearby, a Havaist shuttle stop to the airport, Istiklal Street with shops, not far from the Galata Tower, in general, the location is great, so next time we will definitely stay would be in Utarit.

Cozy small hotel in a quiet side street, in the very center. It is located equidistant from Taksim and Istiklal, no more than 100m and is conveniently located relative to the metro and buses (including buses from the airport).
