I loved the view, the room has a good space and everything was good but I hope you would focus more on cleaning the floor because it was a little dusty, the breakfast was fine but overall loved it and also there was a gym and a pool

Service is the best specially hakim and hassan, Hassan is the top person who understand the customer value and how to handle them. For swimming pool you need a cap to cover your head without that you can't swim and then you have to buy it from them which is 400 TR means £5 so swimming is not free and they don't mansion that in advert

The hotel isn’t very bad. However there are things we wish they have improved, and probably those things influenced our choice of coming again. 1. The location. The hotel is located in outskirts and very far from places like shops, pharmacy etc. To buy necessities or to have food in a restaurant other than hotel’s you have to walk for like more than 2kms. 2. The food. We don’t recommend food in the hotel - too expensive for small portions. For two dishes with two beverages we paid almost 100 dollars. 3. The room. There were no toothbrushes, the kettle was rusty. The bathroom that had door with no lock, and was right next to bedroom would start smelling like sewage at around 10-11 PM. And would smell like that all night. We wanted to change the room, but the smell would stop for a while but came back later. 4. Amenities Room had microwave, washing machine and stove which was a huge plus. But every night the power would go off and get back in few minutes. That would happen several times. It wouldn’t cause problems,but every time power comes back on the heater would start working. Which made room really hot.

Terrible service! Terrible staff! Read my list of what happened yesterday 1. During check in, we said we are fasting and it is Ramadan as everyone knows. And they said their sahoor buffet will be open at 03:45. When we went there at 03:45 there was nobody and the restaurant was closed 2. I called the reception saying WE ARE IN THE RESTAURANT and it was closed, the reception replied “What are you doing there? “ yes very weird. The reception boy doesnt know even it is Ramadan and what the sahoor mean 3. Our rooms were very dirty and even hair and used soaps were still in the room. It is proving that nobody cleaned it after the people they stayed before us 4. I ordered 2 turkish coffee from room service. The guy said our POS machine can not work and please pay in cash. 5. The television can not work. The technical guy came three times but couldnt fix it 6. The air conditions do not work. The guy came and tried to clean them. After this filter cleaning they began to work. This proved the air conditions were not cleaned at all

G rotana. Is a good Hotel. The only problem is the Taxis but the reception of the hotel was Very helpful in ordering a taxi.

It’s nice hotel, but because of highway way it’s bit noisy by ambulances and also you can not get into Mall of İstanbul. The outside restaurants little bit far away from the hotel and the hotel restaurant is quite expensive!

Middle of nowhere, need to walk for twenty minutes only for ATM machine. Breakfast is not good. Room is better than I expect, big and clean.

The hotel was an alternative to another one we were staying in but which did not have the conditions that were on the platform. Upon arriving we were faced with a huge queue, we had to wait more than an hour to check in, without however having anyone willing to provide any support and especially because we were a family with three children. Unfortunately, we only took care to read the evaluations and notes of some previous customers, who complained about the service, cleanliness and general conditions. It was truly a horrible experience, one of the worst I can remember, I've stayed in two-star hotels with better conditions. Cleaning was the weakest point for us, the hotel is modern and from an intentional chain but, with the treatment they are giving, it will soon be in disrepair due to lack of care. Anyway, we had a lot of problems and bad moments, we can count the nights when we had a quiet night because it gave the impression that people were fighting or breaking furniture in the other rooms. We also had an embarrassing situation in which the receptionist in the breakfast room came to meet us in the middle of our meal, saying that we hadn't paid for the accommodation with breakfast, even if we hadn't, it would be more convenient to wait for us to finish and then make this approach on the way out. . I had to interrupt my meal, go to reception and after everything they said it was a misunderstanding. I haven't seen this type of approach for local citizens and I've seen this trend a lot for non-locals and especially black people. I don't want to influence anyone, it's simply my opinion of someone who paid to have a peaceful vacation and actually came to rest at home.
