We have a pleasant stay in Hotel Nena. 
The staff are very kind. They have introduced us the sightseeing places in Istanbul. We have encountered problems with the tour and airport delivery booked by other agencies and the hotel staff tried their best helping us to tackle the problems. The manager hasn’t even charged us for using a bottle of mineral water in the minibar. 

The hotel was kept in good status with nice decoration. Rooms are clean. Many choices for breakfast. Highly recommended.

目の前にアヤソフィアや海が広がる、とてもいい部屋に泊まりました。本当に景色が良く、そのためにまた泊まりたいと思うほどでした。部屋は広く、シャワーも暖かく、冷蔵庫もケトルもありました。また、旧市街の有名な観光地まで徒歩で行ける、便利なところにあります。ホテルの人たちも、とてもフレンドリーで安心して滞在できました。また機会があれば、泊まりたいと思います。

I stayed in a very nice room with a view of Hagia Sophia and the sea right in front of me. The view was so nice that I would like to stay there again. The room was spacious, the shower was warm, and there was a refrigerator and a kettle. It was also conveniently located within walking distance of the famous tourist sites in the old town. The hotel staff were very friendly and I felt at ease during my stay. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

The Hotel Nena is the ideal place to stay, close to all the most important sites to visit in Istanbul. The tram stop is just around the corner and is perfect if you want to explore further or travel to catch a ferry to the Asian side of Istanbul. The hotel is spotlessly clean and has really comfortable beds. There is an excellent selection for breakfast. I would like to thank Aykut and his colleagues for making our visit an absolute pleasure. I would highly recommend this hotel as the perfect place to stay.

Very nice personal especial Ipek, Rana and Burak! They like kids and are they are very kind! Hotel is fine, room are clean! But în july is very hot, we recomand you june or september especially for kids, we bielieve will be more suitable, to enjoy The sea. 

The perfect location in historic Istanbul. Good service and the best Turkish coffee and breakfast in all of Istanbul. The rooms were spacious and spotless. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.
