Un très bon rapport qualité prix sur ce bel hôtel où tout le personnel était gentil.La chambre pour 3 personnes était un peu juste mais la literie très confortable. Et le petit déjeuner était top!

I made the reservation on Sapphire Hotel's wep page. Ms. Gizem helped me a lot when makıng the reservation. When we arrıved at the hotel, all the staff were helpıng and frıendly . The rooms were very clean, the breakfast was great . Thank you very much for everything . See you again😃🫶🏼

Vieze kamers
Vreselijke kamers. Nooit zo'n vieze hotel gezien. De medewerkers waren wel beleefd en netjes. Voor de rest zou ik nooit weer hierheen gaan en zal niemand om me heen dit aanbevelen. Ze mogen een keer stofzuigen in de kamers en overal nieuwe tapijten kopen.

Great place to enjoy your stay!
The location is excelent, a lot of good restaurants near by, the staff at the reception extremely helpfull an corteous; good breackfast; the room was spacious and clean, the hallway carpet is worn out.

Klam hotel
Meningen var at, skulle være i Sapphire hotel men de flyttede os til Maywood hotel på grund fuld renovering. I Maywood hotel var maden rigtig gamelt, og råddnet der var et rådene æg, og ikke nok mad. Vandet smagte af benzin og der var rester på tallerknerne. Vi har gentagene gange klaget til lederen, som er den samme leder i Sapphire hotel, men han ikke ændret noget, og ville ikke tage imod vores feedback. Vores ferie er ødelagt.

Under average for 50€ per night
Absolutely terrible experience. The room was full of mold and musty wooden smell. It triggered my Asthma. Very small and congested room. The bathroom was not so clean. Had trouble with hot and cold shower. The breakfast was below average for the price. The only positive thing is that it's 7 minutes walk from Sirkeci Marmaray station. I stayed there for only one night
