We were there on the weekend.
Great location. Great staff. The hotel is clean and cozy. Breakfast is normal. It's not important to me. The bed is spotless. If we are in Istanbul, we will definitely stay in this hotel.

Very central, but quiet at night. Lots of restaurants nearby. Tram stop is very close. Staff is nice and friendly. I would come here again.

The room decoration is a bit old, mainly because the whole corridor has a bathhouse smell, because the second floor below ground is a Turkish bath and swimming pool.
The breakfast is average, and there is no coffee machine. However, brewed coffee is provided.
The advantage is the excellent location, less than 100 meters from the tram station. The hotel reception staff is very enthusiastic.
