Poor service overall.
They wouldn't always provide the complimentary bottled water and on one occasion a very rude man phoned me back to say that I would be charged for the water even though they didn't give it on that day!
I wouldn't say here again.

Very good hotel, I started living here ten years ago. Many of the staff are old employees, very enthusiastic and provide a lot of help. Every time I come to Istanbul, I choose here.

Unfortunately, the spa does not have a steam bath and there was no hot water in the showers. The indoor pool was nice. The breakfast was satisfactory. The furniture in the hotel is a bit old and needs to be renovated. The parking lot may be a bit of a problem. There is a very small area for guests outside the hotel.
