Great hotel , easy check in and out. service is excellent they do care about their clients offering everything, room specious and comfortable, the hotel need some renovation as it is little worn out. in total I like and will be there again

Very nice hotel

The hotel located in a good place which is very close to metro line. Rooms are clean and kinda spacious, staffs are friendly too. However the facility and the offerings are not enough. The hotel doesn’t let you feel like you are accommodating at 5 star hotel. The pool is super small and open only for ladies between 11:00-15:00 which is totally no sense again. Wish they could offer more for that high price tag. In 5 star hotel you get paper cup instead of a Glass/porcelain cup. Even in 4 star hotels in this zone doesn’t use paper cups. Sorry but my satisfaction level wasn’t that high because of price/quality ratio.

Facilities: The swimming pool is nice, there is a jacuzzi, and the breakfast options are delicious. Hygiene: Very clean, cleaned very carefully every day Environment: 2 minutes walk from the subway station, very convenient. The room is very spacious Service: The service is quite enthusiastic, and the front desk can communicate in English and Russian

Great location, hotel is right next to the metro. There is a shopping center opposite. Friendly staff. Breakfast is great and varied. The pool is too small for swimming.

The hotel is listed as five-star, but it may not be able to match the actual three-star hotel in China. The sanitary conditions are poor and shabby everywhere. The big towels in the bathroom are tattered and unclean. Breakfast is extremely basic, I highly recommend eating out by yourself. Hotel staff don't care about anything except making money. For example, it only costs about 20 euros to take a taxi to Saw Airport in Asia. The hotel front desk always wants to trick you into booking through them, which costs 50 euros. The hotel also exchanges currency, and the exchange rate is extremely bad. The hotel room is extremely small, and my 28-inch suitcase cannot be opened in the room. The soundproofing is very poor. When you go to the toilet and take a shower upstairs, you can hear everything clearly below. In summary, apart from being close to the subway, it has nothing to offer and I will not stay at this hotel again.

If you are looking for service and quality, it was one of the best hotels I stayed in Istanbul. Thank you for everything.

Very clean, nice and helpful staff. Food for everyone

There is a large shopping mall next to it, and there are restaurants and supermarkets around it. It is convenient for shopping and eating. In addition, there is a subway station right outside the door, and the transportation is also good. Except that the heating is not very powerful, it is pretty good.

The hotel is very clean. The rooms are large and well ventilated. Especially the location. It is close to the city center. There is a subway station within a five-minute walk. It is very convenient to go to attractions.

Was quite good. Easy to reach from saw airport. Clean rooms.
