Everything was good but I neglected to putting my AirPod into the safe box and unfortunately it is gone ! No one to blame ! Just don’t think you are at the Hilton and it is safe .

It was our last night in Istanbul, we had an late flight to England. The reception team are very helpful and attentive offer a comp late check out till 14:00 hrs. and service is amazing.

The hotel was excellent very clean and near to attractions with a large breakfast buffet which you should not pass on!

Average. I need to carry my own bag when I reach in the hotel, not expected by a 5 stars hotel. Cleanliness wise is good.

Good quiet area , with quite a few shops around .Cheap taxis £5 to Grand bazaar. Not too far from a mall . The room was very clean , got cleaned every day, water and coffee /tea provided . Very professional and polite staff . Good value for money.

After long time faraway from İstanbul got great enjoy with this stay. Room has nice view and large . Service was excellent, special thanks to mr.Mustafa , and other teams, all are very kind. We enjoyed stay here. Nice location easy to go anywhere in downtown..

Very good hotel with friendly and welcoming staff , just to let you know 2 issues . There is a club on 34 floor so if you are on 33 floor you will hear the music until 2 am . The( Do not disturbing) key is right beside your headboard where the light key should be so there is a very height possibility the you turn it on when you going to sleep as a result you room will not be cleaned the next day .

Best place I recommend for all types of travellers to stay at this hotel you will not be disappointed

come for company event and bring my daughter along. hotel staff was friendly. i booked a day early just to utilise for 5hrs rest. and given us breakfast. and had continue to book another 2 days after our company event

The hotel is amazing, very clean, and the location is very quiet except for the outdoor pool! As there's a new building under construction not far from the hotel! The breakfast there has a buffet system with plenty of types to choose from. However, I didn't like most of the items on the buffet, such as pastries were tasteless, eggs and omelettes were not that good as well. While the food at the globe was really good, especially the burgers. In addition, they have multiple interesting amenities such as relaxation room, sauna, hamam, indoor pool, and amazing gym. While, accessing the oudoor pool would cost you extra 10euros per person, and you might get surprised when they clean the outdoor pool, they don't notify the residents during the process and they'll close it for that reason even during the day! For taxis, you need to wait around 10 minutes if you'll take one from the hotel, even a bit more. Yet, if you'll take one on your own, you'll be facing the fury of drivers regarding the high prices of fuel, and they'll charge you extra, and they won't follow the counter! All in all, Hilton was a good one, but I'm sure they can still improve when it comes to customer service. I've attached some images, including the menu of the Globe restaurant. Average, location is not the best and the room was standard

Overnight stay with early flight next morning. Good choice for this specific need. Staff is very helpful, special thanks to Gokay from reception as he made us a smooth check in and nice upgrade.
