Great location, good reception service. Delicious breakfast and service at breakfast. But Hamam and massage service manager was useless and not friendly. Hamam was very cold and after a massage we were asked to use a cold Hamam which really killed the experience as we were freezing. Not worth the money.

It was one of my best experiences ever.

I booked a room with king bed, but when i reach hotel they give me two single bed. And it takes to many time to settle me in room , i was tired from flight with my sleeping little son. It not too much bad but i don’t recommend this hotel.

Good location and clean property

The hotel is very overrated, the room was dirty, there was no possibility to eat or drink in the bar restaurant after 10 p.m. Reception staff on evening shift unfriendly..

The hotel is very clean, the service is excellent, but it would be better if there was a section for smokers, especially the executive lounge section, which is more outward-looking, and it would be much better if a separate section was created for smokers. Executive lounge privilege is a very nice service, but the place is very narrow and boring
