It is listed on the website that the hotel is in Taksim, but it is 20 minutes away from Taksim. The location is bad. There is nothing around you. The bathroom smells like sewage. I even told them to delay check-out because my plane was delayed for an additional hour, and they refused.

I love loved staying here. The level of service was exquisite. Such attention and care by the entire staff. it was really lovely. Bed was so comfortable i passed out both evenings.

Was a perfect stay. Short 1 night, but the team made it wonderful.
Location is close to ferry and train. Close to taksim and a few attractions
Ms. Gizem from Guest Relations was amazing!

Excellent location. Walk to T1 train and access all famous places of interest. Staff and services are great too. The room was clean with everything we needed (free umbrella when it is rainy). The only small problem is the door of the shower room did not close completely, leaking a little bit of water every time we took a shower. It probably should not have such a problem for a 4-star hotel.

One of the most pleasurable experiences in hotel accommodation I have ever experienced. From the first moment of being greeted to the final moment of saying goodbye the hotel filled me with charm character kindness and warmth. Good location , good room , clean , but Awful front desk, Miss Esma always busy on her mobile phone and speaking non stop on her phone, never care about people presence at the counter ,better to train the hotel staff for a better service and hospitality, better communication and level of service, They charged me 4 £ for two small still water taken from room mini bar, the room package for heating and cooling wasn’t working properly and always out of order, normal breakfast with not too many food options,. To sum up , I give 3 out of 5 mostly for unskilled staff

Highly recommended. The hotel is about 15 mins walking distance to Taksim Square & the Hotel is really nice, wifi is fast & service is excellent. Sahin, Serkan, Emrah, Mehmet & Emre always there to help you. Will stay here again when we visit Istanbul. 👍👍👍
