Location is not good. It’s not easy to locate it with the map , u need to ask the people. Cleanliness is acceptable. Don’t go with high expectations

Good hotel but location is not good

Lovely hotel next to the Galata Tower. The staff is very polite. Cleaning every day, the rooms are clean. There is an elevator. Comfortable bed. We were very pleased!

Beer costs over €7. That's too bad. Outlook good! Rooms so clean

The worst experience ever, me and my wife arrived at dawn on Wednesday, March 29, the weather was cold and it was raining heavily, they gave us a room located two floors under the ground, very dirty and very cramped, there was no fresh air or a bathroom suitable for humans, the bed sheets was dirty and full of blood stains, and a lot of insects. I told them I wanted to change the room, they said I have to wait until tomorrow noon. We could not stay for more than an hour and we walked at dawn to another hotel, they deducted the value of the stay for four nights and did not accept to return anything, and when I told them that this was unfair and illegal, they canceled the reservation, it seems that the people who runs this hotel is a gang and not professional people in the field of tourism.

It's exactly what I'd expect from 2-3star hotel. Great location, staff very friendly and helpful. Room very dated, needs complete refurbishment. However the price was right and it suited our needs for a one night stopover. We didn't have breakfast, so can't comment on the food.

Do NOT book this hotel. I booked 6 months previously to staying and I spoke confirming my booking 3 days prior to arriving and they had my number. I arrived to find they cancelled the day before. They claimed also they were full and the truth is the rate I agreed was far lower than they could get last minute. They are a DISGRACE and totally unhelpful.

The hotel is very near with Galata tower, around 100 -150 meter walking distance. So you will very happy with the situation around here, the coffee, the pathway, the bird. I stayed in one economy room, but I had a beautiful room with nice Turkish decoration, very comfortable bed and pillow, and good view too from floor -1. In lobby they offer free coffee/tea from the machine; and very good information to us about many things. When I arrived it was 1 AM, but frontliner very helpful, and fast responded to give me bottle of water to my room. The best thing is they have beautiful view in terrace on 5th floor , we can see the tower and the sea view. I didnt order an airport transport but i ask frontliner to order me regular taxi in very tight time, he helped me very much, and also show me the taxi. (Cons: some taxi can't come stratightly to the hotel)

We reserved the room in that hotel but we couldn’t stay here. When we came in it was the strong smell of sweat and cheap perfume all over the hotel. The manager checked us in the room which smelled like sewage and had black mold on the ceiling in the room and in the bathroom as well. We asked if there another room, it was but the smell was still bad. Furniture seemed to be old. The receptionist is nice. We’ve got full refund.

I give the one star for Abdullah, our experience can be described in one word " catastrophic" . I hope the guys at the hotel take this review in consideration. And i hope you improve your establishment among with the service in the near future. Thanks.

amazing ameneties with great service and amazing view from terrace the rooms are small but comfy and i highly recommend for families it might be hard for families or the elderly because the building is located on a hill but the good location makes up for it

After being delayed on our flight we were looking forward to a good nite sleep only to be disappointed by this hotel. Unfortunately to our great disappointment the hotel was nothing like the pictures. the pictures are fake and mis-leading. There was no telephone in the hotel. If you needed anything you had to go to reception to get.the hotel had a strong smell of sewage. The toilet backed up the shower leaked through the rooms. We stayed for 3 nights and the manager refused to speak to us. The tv did not work. There was a large mirror just placed on the floor. The front desk guy admitted that they new the room was not in order but had a booking so they could do anything about it. how dishonest can you be. We were celebrating a milestone anniversary this hotel just ruined our holiday. The hotel is in dire need of a good renovation but also treat patrons with some dignity and respect as you are charging them. Awful stay.

First of all i gave one star only because his location near to galata tower only other than that everything was bad very thin walls so all the time you are hearing everything outside the room and even the voices from the next room and we left the room in the morning to be cleaned and when we cane at night nothing happened we went to the reception two times for water and clean towels and they didn’t bring anything even the second day we asked for queen bed they but two small separate beds together with two different matrices not even big one so all the night me and my wife we are going down between the two beds and not only that they gave us small blanket only can cover one person and since day one we asked for bigger one because it’s cold and we don’t even able to be close from each other because the missed up beds and till or checkout nothing happened even the water we asked them for water in the room two times and they didn’t being anything and when we went to the reception to ask them they said they are out of water it was bad experience from every angel and I’ll won’t talk abou the view just see the photos and I’ll never go there again and it was 50$ per night And even we found socks in the closet
