The hotel is new and clean. When cleaning the room, they did not take out the trash, did not add hygiene items and did not replace towels, they asked to do this, they did it. The Premier/Premium room is spacious, but the bathroom is small and the door opens directly onto the toilet, it’s very easy to get hit in the forehead))) we had previously asked for a Lunch box, since we had an early check-out, but they forgot about us) they called and they brought it.

The hotel is in a great location and the bus and boat connections are very good and you can get everywhere quickly. The breakfast stands out. There is a great variety and everyone can find what they are looking for. Above all, the service provided by the staff deserves special mention. The guests are really well taken care of. Many thanks to Zeynel, Doĝucan and the food manager Sercan. I would come back to the hotel anytime.

We were very pleased with everything during our stay at the hotel. Especially the friends working at the breakfast room were very helpful, selfless, and did everything for our satisfaction. It was wonderful to have breakfast on the terrace with their hospitality. Thank you guys. My special thanks to Food and Beverage Manager Mr. Sercan, Mr. Dogukan, Mr. Ayhan and the whole team.

Excellent breakfast and excellent to person . All good and beverage product are fresh and delicious. Especially thanks to Mr. Sercan Cilga and Dogukan Ayhan Zeynel . Bosphorus and Ortakoy are very good places . We want come back again . We love Istanbul
