Good, nice location, staff are very kind

Nice room very clean

It has a little less facilities compared to the price, the bathroom is narrow, but the physical conditions are like that. Therefore, it shouldn't be a problem, the location is nice, the breakfast is normal, the TV was in Arabic, I think it's normal for cleanliness.

It was not the best, construction was going everywhere, dust everywhere

Staff at reception on motning got an attitude, He hung up on me when I called his extension to ask for luggage help. Terrible hotel!!

Staff is amazingly helpful. I could checkin earlier. Location is very good as subway and main street are very close. Just few steps to Nişantaşı. My room was quiet and clean. The barhroom however should be in a better shape.

The selling point for me was Staff attitude to guests. They were so gracious, polite helpful and friendly. ( especially the cleaning and kitchen ladies who orly spoke Turkish) With a lot of hand gestures and smiles we were able to communicate. When by bedroom was cleaned while i was there, it was done THOROUGHLY!!! The reception staff i liked!! Oh what HELPFUL people. We occupied the suite, and there was a wow factor right from the door opening, the deco, the shower room wirh all towels and toiletries supplied. I will definitely be returning to this hotel due to all I've said and also the location!! It's a walk away from EVERYTHING YOU'LL REQUIRE. The only thibg i didn't like much wss the breakfast. It was monotonous. Same thing every day. But it was a buffet and i filled up well.

Good location, terrible breakfast almost nothing, bathroom door was glass and do not locked. Feels like no door. Rooms very small. Clearness and staff not bad, quite pleasant.

I stayed only for one night, with late check-in and early check-out. The room is standard, it was actually more spacious than I anticipated. The breakfast was okay, not fancy but rich enough for a healthy meal. The hotel has a perfect location and is clean. If you just want a safe place to stay the night for a great price, this is a perfect hotel for you.

Staff spoke English well and were easy to communicate with, helpful. Hotel itself is OK. Room is quite small for the price and the water leaked a bit from the shower into the hallway. Aircon, WiFi worked well, water pressure was good, toilet worked, bed was comfortable, clean. Breakfast choices were very simple (though they only serve instant coffee). Overall place is not bad, not great. Likely wouldn't stay here more than a night.

the room is insanely small you can't breath in that tiny room, there was so much noise from other tenants and the owners didn't care and were actually talking very loud with them. Internet is horrible and every time you connect you have to put your passport code and it's extremally slow. There's 0 cellular coverage, had Turkish SIM and couldn't use it because there's no coverage.

Otel temizliği ve sıcak suyu vardı. Odaya giriş yaptıktan sonra biri konuşuyor sandım, ama yan odadan geliyormuş ses. Oda soğuktu, klimayı açtım motor sesinin bu kadar rahatsız edeceğini düşünmedim. Faturasını istediğim de şahsıma kestiler ama ben şirket adına kayıt bırakmıştım. düzeltilmesi için talep geçtim ama olumsuz davrandılar. tekrar rezervasyon yaptırmam

Very nice. Cool manager. And the hotel is clean and lovely if you are looking for calm and peaceful yet very classy then go stay here and also the workers are very friendly
