Staff service was so so also room was bad doors were broken still it is better hotel in comparison to others

Hotel room is cleaned daily and is quite spacious. Breakfast timing is good too but same fares everyday. I notice people tend to come for breakfast at about 10am (peak time). Location of the hotel is not so ideal as one has to walk a very steep 45 degree slope to Taksim about 1 km away.

The reception staff are not polite. The TV in the room does not work. Air conditioning does not work. The room window did not close completely and the sounds outside were disturbing. The tea machine was covered in dust. It was well below my expectations for a 4 star hotel.

Clean and tidy, the service is very good!

Their service is really bad! The network is super poor. The breakfast was terrible and not clean. I waited for a clean plate for about 30 minutes. They did not encounter any problems or comments, and their attitude was persistence/badness. It doesn't feel good to live here. I hope they can explain the situation intentionally.

Good hotel, breakfasts are very poor. Responsive staff.
