Sono stato in Turchia e a Istanbul sette volte e ho sempre trovato ottimi livelli di servizio. Sono capitato in questo hotel solo perché all’ultimo l’agenzia mi ha comunicato che la originaria sistemazione non aveva disponibilità e - a L oro dire - hanno cambiato con il Grand Aras, un hotel 4 stelle. Intanto: un receptionist di un hotel a 4 stelle non risponde al cliente che chiede di chiamare un taxi che è un servizio che non fanno e che il cliente deve andare a cercarselo per strada. Ma scherziamo? Inoltre, in una serata di pioggia, ho chiesto se potessero prestarmi un ombrello e un altro receptionist mi ha detto scortesemente che non erano tenuti e non ne avevano. L’attenzione al cliente è la regola elementare di ogni esercizio pubblico. Il receptionist avrebbe dovuto prestarmi il suo ombrello personale! Qui al Grand Aras hotel vige invece il totale disservizio. Sconsiglio fortemente questa struttura.

Temizlik berbat, personel davranışı çok kaba
Yatakta bir çok kıl vardı. Nevresim ve yastık yüzleri kirliydi. Lavabo tıkandı, açılmadı. Odayı değiştirdiler, değiştirirken bellboy terbiyesizce ifadeler kullandı. Çok büyük hayal kırıklığı oldu.

Great stay
The hotel is in an excellent location, with large well furnished rooms and very friendly staff. I have never experienced a more generous hotel & staff when it comes to requesting items such as toiletries, or water, or a couple of extra teabags!
Definitely recommend it.

Séjour très désagréable !!!
Personnel pas très agréable lors de notre arrivée et départ.
Nous avons eu une chambre au 7eme étage avec bruit incessant (de la VMC ou autre chose) qui nous a empêché de dormir toute la nuit.
Le petit déjeuner est très peu fourni et pas trop de qualité.
Séjour à oublier ☹️

Parking Issue
All was good, except that when I arrived to the hotel it was not clear where I can park my car, so I had to drive ad additional 1 km for a public auto-park, then walk back to the hotel.
