The hotel was recently renovated, everything is very fresh and new! The cleaning is perfect, the breakfast is excellent. We will definitely return to this hotel.

Awful wifi signal, no signal in a breakfast place. Rusty things. Bad chemical smell, plus people were clearly smoking inside. On plus side, air conditioning and relatively well-priced and clean. The location is nice.

everything was good, just need more mirror in the room, the only mirror was in the bathroom, breakfast buffet was ok, but his who was a waiter in breakfast buffet was unfriendly, I understand Turkish and heard if he doesn't talk nice after guests, I know he runs a lot during breakfast but it should be more perfectionist to work with people, the hotel website states room service but we did not get it when we requested breakfast for one of us in the room

Small hotel in perfect location,close to Taksim square and istiklal .Many good restaurants in the area loved the vibe of the area.Spacious rooms with balcony only downside was there was no mirror in the room.Breakfast on the rooftop was good .

The worst experience I had. The receptionist on September the 20th 2024 at 17:00 is both sexist and discriminating kids! Aileye uygun bir yer değil! Misafirperverlikten çok uzak, rezil bir işletme. Özellikle çocuğunuz varsa kesinlikle önermem, terbiyesiz ve seksist resepsiyon görevlilerine müşteri ilişkileri eğitimi vermeyen korkunç bir yer.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel assieme a due amici per tre notti. La location è ottima, a pochi passi da piazza Taksim e dalla torre di Galata, Il personale è gentile. Le camere sono pulite e comode, bello il bagno moderno. La terrazza dà una vista su Istanbul spettacolare, la colazione tipica turca non troppo varia ma di buona qualità. Per il prezzo pagato è stato sicuramente un best buy. Sicuramente non è un hotel di lusso e manca di alcuni servizi, ma per la fascia di prezzo è eccezionale.

В целом отель чистый,уборка каждый день,чай ставят,кофе,есть чайник кипятить воду,мини бар платный,завтрак на веранде,8 этаж красивый вид ,Завтрак нормальный,но не вау,очень далеко и мучительно добираться до метро,узкие тротуары,подъемы и спуски вниз,чтобы было удобно надо ездить исключительно на такси ,но. С нынешними запросами и ценами в Стамбуле это нереально,в следующий раз не осталась бы там,только из за расположения
