My room were cool. Kitchen tools were kinda old but clean and usable. I couldn't find the AC remote, so I couldn't use it when they cut off the gas. I didn't bother with ask or it because my checkout time was comin soon. But I will ask that when I come again. Probably I will use there again. Thanks for everything.

Das Zimmer war okay für den Preis, es war auch nur zum schlafen!
Kleine Küchenzeile für kleine Sachen zum Kochen.
Ideal gelegen um Istanbul zu „erkunden“

The room was ok for the price, it was only for sleeping!
Small kitchenette for small things to cook.
Ideally located to "explore" Istanbul

I have been 20 times in Istanbul and this is the first time I‘m getting such a bad treatment!  These apartments are very dirty and uncomfortable to live one day no water at all one day no internet one day no electricity and every day they are working outside and let the customers wake up at 6 am or earlier  The staff are misbehaving

- Breakfast consisted of a table with 1 cold hard cooked egg, 2 salami, 2 curry, olives and tomatoes, tasted it as if it had been before, after 1 breakfast I asked the staff not to bring me any more. - If there was an electricity failure in the hotel, first it called it would be affected the whole street, the evening I found it was only affecting our building, out -4 degrees, without electricity no heating and no hot water, to 2 roof so I can warm, Hotel had no 2 roof available for me after I could not do 2 days shower and even not sleep frozen in the cold room night I couldn't leave that hotel early, That hotel did not meet me and booking.com also left me in the cold for 2 days and always waiting for calls. After I left the hotel and took another hotel on my own expenses, booking.com has told me that the hotel would not write anything well and booking.com could only offer me €25. - since I could still understand the mother tongue in Turkish I could not understand with the staff, the other hotel guests, mostly families with young children, could not complain loudly because the staff were not possessed English and were then in your Cool rooms sent back. - The location of the hotel is not suitable for families, as a man or group of men alone can still move a little safely, but women would not advise these areas, street strip and drugs are standard here every night, Hotel is 4 minutes walk from Taksim Square, but is in the darker back streets. - Rooms are very bright and needful for renovation - The room windows are very cold in the locking of the rooms

This was my 2nd time i stayed here,the place is at walking distance to the airport shuttle(900m). Rooms are clean and have basic necessities. Quite near to Istaklal street. There is a superstore beside the hotel which is really helpful to get necessary food items. Really loved the hospitality of Majeed who catered our needs throughout our stay. Looking forward staying here next time

The hotel's proximity to Taksim is incredible.
It was clean and staff were very friendly. Wouldn't mind checking in again.
