The hotel is quite good and clean. The staff are friendly. But the rooms can be a bit bigger.

Excellent clean and customer service spectacular

Everything was great, with the exception of the extra charge that hotel will request if you bring a friend to your room (i don’t know if this is a common thing for Turkey). The staff was friendly and polite, the room was very comfortable and sufficiently clean enough!

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. It is cozy, well located, clean, friendly, AND relative to the qualities, and comparisons- way better priced. AND, of course; "location, location, location"... Azmi Bey, at the reception, was beyond helpful, courteous, kind person. Anything I needed was done on time, while exceeding my expectations. The staff was very attentive and friendly

Only a fool goes, don't go, big pit, gave me the smallest and smallest room, but I paid for a middle-class room, don't go too disgusting. I deliberately gave the worst. I went into the room and checked out within five minutes. Go to Conrad opposite. It’s better than this. It’s really a big pit, a giant pit, a tiankeng, a black hole, and whoever comes will be unlucky. The soap is used, and the inside of the package is like wet mud. The bed is only 50 cm away from the door of the room. It's fucking disgusting for this hotel.

Hotel service is good, location is OK, you can book again.

Good place to stay for overnights in the city w great food and transportation options for both sides of the city.

Excellent property. The facilities are gorgeous and impeccably maintained. The staff is the friendliest I've ever met and will help you with a smile. The area is very central and lively.

Cheya is a 3 star hotlel but it can easily beat many of 5 star hotels in Istanbul, compared to my previous fancy 5 start hotels in Bodrum and Kusadasi, its a little old and not fancy - you have all you need - but hotel staff was very helpful and supportive, also postive vibe. hotel location is fabulous. Its warm as home. next time in Istanbul its our only choice. Also there is a great night life and 2 double layer windows for noise control. So thank you.

Hotel was clean and room was nicely decorated. Lots of places to eat around the hotel. Only stayed 1 night but would recommend.

Nice little hotel, not far from the waterfront. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable, and they had a good free breakfast. If you take a taxi from the airport, make sure he stays on the main roads. Mine drove 15 minutes on narrow back streets, while the hotel is just off of a 6 lane boulevard. Don’t just trust the phone map route.
