The hotel is not bad, a little tired, but nice. Checked in and out super fast, towels and bed linen were clean. There was soap, slippers, shampoos, etc. Breakfast is ordinary, but everyone can find what they like. Relatively close to the metro, boats and bus stop. The most wonderful thing is the view from the highway.

The cleanliness and customer service are what bothered me the most. There was hair in the bathroom and it didn't seem very clean... The customer service wasn't particularly bad. However, the previous hotel staff I visited had a very nice smile, so I was a little disappointed with their cold attitude. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel was new and clean.

I originally booked a standard poolside room, but the boss directly upgraded me to a room🥹! I really want to say a special thank you, my one night stay at this hotel was an unplanned day and I needed to book a car to go to the airport. The boss sincerely suggested that I don't book a taxi. I can take a bus directly. It's very convenient and the price is not very high. And he still drove me to the bus station on the same day.
