We were taken care of and serviced very well from the first day we arrived at the hotel until the last day in Istanbul, including helping in a difficult situation. I highly recommend this hotel. The reason is that the owner is ready to turn himself inside out in order to satisfy all wishes, be it accommodation, or finding a taxi or sightseeing. There are of course disadvantages. I lived in room 13 on the first floor. There is a breakfast area and a guest bathroom nearby, so in the morning you will definitely wake up whether you want it or not, this is a minus. The second minus is that there are no curtains on the windows, and although diffused light flows through the top, it is still bright in the room, the same goes for the front door, there is a beautiful stained glass window, but light penetrates through it. this is also a minus. The third minus is the beds, they stand on the podium and this is a big inconvenience. Finally put them on the floor and remove this chicken coop. It would be nice to make them wider. Everything else is just pure pluses. The interior is made with so much love and you feel careful care, cleaning is done daily. Breakfast is of course modest, but sufficient for me. Once again I recommend this hotel, just choose a higher room.

This is my second time in Turkey. Most of the hotels here should be private, and they should all be small self-operated units. I booked a king-size bed and two single beds. Ctrip also indicated a suite, but it was obviously a gimmick. The so-called suite is just a small attic on the top floor. There are no specific rooms, just temporary beds. Fortunately, it's only for one night, not suitable for vacation travel!

The suite is warm, comfortable, spacious, and has a large kitchen, which is very suitable for self-catering and family travel.

The room was better than our expectations, which was a pleasant surprise, I have attached a photo. Helpful staff, convenient location, there is a food store nearby. We didn't pay for breakfast, so I can't write anything about it. The room was cozy and clean, the staff cleaned the room regularly. The area is very close to the tourist attractions of Isteklal and Taksim Square, as well as the metro. The only thing that confused me was the abandoned building opposite the hotel (for this reason I took off a star for the location), the rest of the houses looked pretty decent, there were a lot of hotels on the street, we felt safe when we returned to the hotel in the evenings. Lowered the rating for convenience due to the shower without a partition, as water splashed throughout the room. We only stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, but I think it is possible to stay here for a longer period. The location is quite convenient, 5-10 minutes from Taksim Square, but next to the hotel, if you go down the street a little further, there are squalid dirty streets where you can get lost. On the first day of our stay, we just got lost there because we did not have the Internet, and the offline map did not show the area quite correctly. A local woman, a Turkish woman, helped us find the hotel, but with her we also wandered around the neighboring slums for a long time, and it was a little scary) The hotel has nice, friendly staff, communication is in English, there are no Russian-speaking staff. Administrator Murad pays attention to every guest and tries to help with everything. The room with a terrace on the 3rd floor is very comfortable, with its own kitchenette. But on the day of arrival it was not entirely clean, the next day the cleaning was better. The breakfasts are quite tasty and filling, although not very varied. Overall, we liked the hotel!

The front desk is a bit far from the room. I had to carry my luggage to and from the room at night. The facilities are a bit old and I was locked in the room for ten minutes. I called the front desk but no one responded.

The rooms are very Turkish, especially the sun room, where the furniture is very unique, and I feel like I have experienced the living environment of the locals. The breakfast is also quite good. Although there are not many types, it is more delicate and delicious, especially the freshly cut bread. The manager Murat was very enthusiastic and took the initiative to introduce the attractions of Istanbul and also presented a map. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, only 400 meters from Taksim Square, and not far from the airport bus station.

There is no elevator, you have to take your luggage upstairs by yourself and the stairs are very narrow

The hotel is near Tucker Seomyeon Plaza, and it is very convenient to take the subway and bus. A family-style hotel with a limited environment and a small restaurant on the first floor. The room is large, bright and tastefully decorated.
