The hotel is perfectly located in Karaköy, just nearby the Peninsula; walking distance to Galata Bridge. Lovely tea house in the street just in front the door. The staff is great, always ready to help you to whatever information you need. The place doesn't look great when you come in, however the rooms have been apparently recently refurbished and are really comfy with great bathroom (loved the shower). There is also a nice terrace on the top floor offering great views over Topkapi, Hagia Sofia, etc... too bad it's not open air one, and a pity they don't offer breakfast option.

It is located in the most ideal location, to go everywhere, next to the metro, tram, ships but also in a safe area where you can move comfortably at any time and go for drinks, food, shopping. With incredibly kind people at the reception, to help you as soon as you ask. Daily cleaning and change of towels. Even the restrooms in the lobby were sparkling clean. The rooms are modern and the bathroom well lit. And even though you are in the center it is quiet and you can sleep comfortably. Especially for Istanbul, which is bustling everywhere, this quietness is a great asset. But it needs new towels immediately. Although I had a deluxe room, the space was a bit small and we had nowhere to put our suitcases. It doesn't have a breakfast area but the top floor is nicely laid out and you can sit and drink coffee for free from the machine they have overlooking the Bosphorus or get breakfast outside and eat it there or order and have it delivered. Also, all the surrounding streets of the hotel are full of shops for breakfast, food, coffee. So it is a hotel that I recommend and that I will choose for accommodation the next time I go to Istanbul.

We had a positive experience here - the location was central, the room was clean, and the staff was helpful. There was plenty to do nearby and public transit many sites was easily accessible. We would return!

Plus Punkte:freundliche Personal, gute Location ( Sradtviertel gut, nah an Ferry, Tram und Bus), sauber. Minus Punkte: Zimmer klein. Für einigen (nicht für uns) konnte das Gebet zu laut sein - neben an liegt eine Moschee! Das hat uns aber nicht gestört - gehört der Istanbul Charm!

Hotel situato in un quartiere molto tranquillo vicino al ponte di Galata e a poche centinaia di metri dall'omonima torre. Ci hanno gentilmente omaggiato di un upgrade gratuito ad una stanza di livello superiore rispetto a quella prenotata. La stanza era enorme con salottino, bagno di buone dimensioni accessoriato con set di cortesia. Ottima connessione wi-fi. I ragazzi alla reception sono sempre gentili ad esaudire ogni richiesta dei clienti. Possibilità di utilizzare i mezzi pubblici nelle immediate vicinanze. Assolutamente consigliato.
