It's a nice cosy place in Istanbul where we spend a day between two trips. The hotel occupies several beautifully renovated old buildings on top of the hill. You'll get a stunning view on the harbour and the city. The room was as expected - not big, but warm and clean. The only minor thing you should consider - it's wet there (because of the climate and the sea) so if you are allergic to mold, you need to choose your room carefully. Breakfast was good and the stuff superb and very welcoming ❤ The train station is right below the hill so it's easy to travel around the area. There are also lots of shops and cafes below. Loved this place!

One of the best in Istanbul with wonderful view. Most affordable one

Magnificent hotel overlooking the sea. Very good room cleaning, varied breakfast. The hotel staff help with all your needs and the evening tea is excellent. The hotel has retained its historical appearance inside. Although it was not indicated that they spoke Russian, they communicated calmly, there was no language barrier. With the help of this hotel we got acquainted with the famous Turkish hospitality. We will definitely come back here again.

Good hotel. The hotel and room are very beautiful. Good location - next to Eminönü, but on the mountain. The view from the terrace is stunning - over the bay, Galata Bridge, Galata Tower. Breakfast is delicious buffet style. Very nice staff. The cleaning was not done wholeheartedly, but it was acceptable. There is some black mold in the bathtub, the toilet lid kept wanting to escape. And in one place in the room there was a leak on the ceiling, water rarely dripped - we didn’t even hear it, but one sneaker got wet =) This is not critical considering that the building is historical. Overall - very good.

The staff is very friendly. Unfortunately the rooms are not particularly clean.

Very old hotel, difficult to climb up the hill

Nice hotel with a good view and at a manageable price.

Hotel was good in general. Our room was a bit small but guessing it was because we had the economic room. Breakfast was great, plenty options to choose from. A truly Turkish breakfast. The staff were friendly. Location was walkable to Sultanahmet. Overall, good experience.

It is up the hill an the building and streets are so old that no taxi wants to drive there. Im the morning you hear chicken and orher birds. Very loud. But the room was clean and big.

Very nice! All employees are very kind and friendly! The place is clean and cosy, the views are spectacular. It is important to check how to get here because it is a little tricky and I would recommend to put a sign near the doorbell for precision.

The service provided was out standing. Helped us to get taxi. The room was clean but there was mosquitoes in it.Thats the only complaint.

The property has amazing view better view of golden horn, partial boshups and bridge, Galatea tower, camlica tower than Any other 5 star experience hotels I stayed. 5 minutes walk away from metro station to taksim square -fatih ect. However there a stiff hill to walk to hotel I don’t mind but it is there which help property to have the view. Definitely will be back. Staff member ibrahim was there every day a true gentleman hard working.

Rooms were quite okey, location near to metro station but on a hill, not very easy way there. Staff were really friendly.

Breath-taking views, friendly staff, nice rooms, great location. Only downside was the Wi-Fi and air con weren’t that effective. Overall would definitely recommend.
