The restaurant at roof top is amazing to enjoy the sunset. Room is clean n tidy. Location is good. However, there is a serious road construction next to hotel makes surrounding dirty n noisy.

The staff and service were extremely nice.
There were facility issues and were not reported at the time of booking. On the day we went, we received information about the annual periodic maintenance of the air conditioners. I wouldn't mind if there was a momentary malfunction, but information should be given about periodic maintenance. The systems went into effect the day we left, but we stayed in the room the first day.
The room and floor (3rd floor) we stayed in were in a bad condition due to the smell of cigarette smoke. The smell was tightened on the warning, but someone is opening windows and drinking in the rooms. It's a difficult situation.
The restaurant and the staff are top notch. Everyone is nice and fast. They are solution oriented. I hope they fix the problems.
