The service is good. All hotel`s facilities are in proper order and well cleaned. The food in the restaurant is excellent!

Warm welcomed from front desk. Room is big and clean. Location is okay, there are a lot of restaurants around the hotel but the activities and tourist attractions are relatively far.

One of the best in the town with good breakfast and helpful staff.

Many things need to be done to be a 4/5 star hotel. Towels replacement, amenities standard, cleanliness and personal.

Ozgur & his colleagues were excellent at the daily buffet breakfast, whilst Necla & her colleagues in housekeeping were outstanding. A cozy hotel.

We were very satisfied with the service staffs attitude and friendliness especially Murat. He welcomed us warmly, helped us with the heavy luggages and booked taxi for us when we needed to travel. Spa services were also good.

The location is excellent and travel is convenient. It's not far to call a taxi to go to urban business or tourist attractions. But the breakfast is too simple and is a bit lacking compared to the Hilton brand.

The room is very comfortable, the service at the front desk is very warm, help to get a taxi, help to introduce public transportation, the hotel has a lot of breakfast, the restaurant service is friendly, the overall English level of the front desk is very high, there is no obstacle to communication, the hotel is close to the elevated, if you have requirements for the surrounding environment, you can Tune to the other side of the hotel away from the elevated side. Overall, I am very satisfied, in line with the level of this level of hotel.
