Really nice, very easy to get along with at the front desk
They gave us room 306 - everything you touched simply didn’t work... why didn’t they give you this number right away? We were tired from the road and didn’t want to quarrel..... in the first minute of using the window/door to the balcony in the room, the handle simply stopped responding..... apparently the door was closed on good terms, and we just turned up in time. There is no light in the room, only backlighting together with the turntable, when turned on, this design makes a sound like a power plant (everything buzzes and holds together...) The hair dryer worked for exactly three to three THREE seconds and simply stopped turning on!!!! At the reception there are no spare hair dryers, no possibility of exchanging rooms, very poor service! I would say nothing, only they know how to take money

I've never encountered anything like this. I've never come across anything worse. Let's start with the fact that our room was on the 3rd floor. The hotel does not have an elevator, but there is a very narrow spiral staircase and no one to help with luggage. One elderly employee tried to help us, but got exhausted on the first flight. The room turned out to be very small, the photos on the websites do not correspond to reality. And it was a three-seater, although we had booked a double. This means that the already small space was occupied by a third bed. It would be possible to put suitcases in this place, but alas. Paul is just terrible. In front of the bath, he was completely shabby and bloated. The bathroom is small, there is no curtain/partition separating the shower from the toilet. You take a shower and that’s it, you can forget about going to the toilet until everything is dry, because the toilet is all wet. And there is nothing that can be used to wipe it off. No rag, no mop. There is no sound insulation at all, you can hear everything. The staff doesn't speak English at all. They asked for an iron over the phone. They said no. They went downstairs and showed us what we needed, and found it right away. Breakfast should be from 7.00, but in fact it is from 7.30. I really don't understand how this hotel got such a good rating.
