We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and attentive, the food was excellent, and the rooms were impeccably clean. Plus, the location was ideal for exploring the area.

It's a wonderful hotel will excellent service, tastefully decorated rooms with a royal Turkish touch, and a nice breakfast spread + separate dishes that they can make for you by order, including omlettes, waffles, pancakes, and the Turkish breakfast delicacy menemem with tomatoes and scrambled egg. I also found out that they serve afternoon tea with some snacks for guests every day. I didn't use their spa, but had the staff took me around to have a look and it's also very nicely decorated and peaceful. Double Room comes with a little balcony as well, and is nicely furnished. There is even a talisman in your room to protect you - thought that was a nice touch. Bathroom is spacious, drains and flush works fine, hot water is actually hot enough not lukewarm. Wifi network in room is also great. Location is good on a quieter side of Sultanahmet, around 7 mins to Eminonu the seaside area and walkable to all the main mosques as well as to Topkapi Palace, around 10-15 mins max. There is a tram that runs to quite a few major places too just a corner away from the hotel.

Very good location despite cars not being able to stop outside the hotel but one street up. Close to Sofiya Mosque and the Palace. Plenty of cafes and restaurants all around.

Great location and nice hotel; breakfast reasonably average

Wonderful hotel with very friendly staff members. The guys at the reception were very helpful and there was no question they couldn't answer (and we asked A LOT about the city and different locations!). Very clean room, decorated nicely (I love the idea with the ancient shirts which bring luck). We had a honeymoon package and everything was done very well (welcoming drinks, decoration, cake and wine, romantic dinner) Thank you for your hard work! Also the hotel is located in a very convenient spot - close to most of the main sights/restaurants. Highly recommend it!

Located in the middle of the downtown area, it's a very convenient location, so you won't have any trouble shopping, walking around town, eating, or getting Turkish ice cream. The hotel is full of Turkish atmosphere, and although it's not new, it's very stylish and has a nice atmosphere and is comfortable. There is an indoor pool and sauna, but the water temperature in the pool was a little low and cold. The Turkish massage at the hotel was amazing. The photo shows a mosque within walking distance of the hotel.

This is a boutique hotel with a great location. I stayed here for 5 nights. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly. You can walk to most of the tourist attractions in the old town, and Hagia Sophia is within a 10-minute walk. I recommend it.!

The location is very convenient. You can walk to nearby must-see attractions in ten minutes. There is also a T1 tram station at the door. You can take a few stops to cross the Galata Bridge to the New Palace and Independence Street in the new city. . All the service staff I met at the hotel were warm and courteous. I arrived early from the airport and arranged to check in early. Since I left too early on the third day to have breakfast, I told the front desk about the situation when I arrived at the hotel that day and arranged to eat in the restaurant directly. Breakfast is very flexible and user-friendly. The buffet breakfast options are also very rich and delicious, and there are several options that can be ordered a la carte. The front desk can also provide transportation cards. You can pay 100 lire to use them directly. You can also return them before leaving, which is especially convenient for independent travelers. You can also book a Bosphorus night cruise directly at the hotel front desk. After booking, you will be picked up from the hotel and pay by card or cash directly on board.

Next to the T1 line in the old town, the station is a few steps away. The location is convenient and the service is good. But the room was small, the bed was also small, and the room we were assigned faced the street, so the tram noise was quite noisy. The most speechless thing is that the design of the hotel's bathroom is very strange. I don't know where the water is leaking. In the end, after taking a shower, the entire bathroom floor was covered with water, and there was no place to drain it. It was easy to slip.

The location is very good. It's close to everything. It's very convenient. There's a tram just outside the door. The breakfast is also good, and there is also a massage service. If you are tired from playing, you can also get a massage. It's a good choice to stay here.

Everything else is good, clean, and convenient for travel. But the garbage was not collected on the second day of the three-day stay. I don't know if this is a common practice.

This is a small hotel in a busy city near attractions. The front desk will recommend some self-paid items to you. I personally don't dislike it. We later went on a cruise and felt good about it. The triple room had enough space including a small balcony, but the weather in Istanbul was not very good, but the hotel gave us enough warmth. We like the breakfast buffet here, as well as the afternoon tea. There is an ATM machine opposite the hotel. Restaurants and scenic spots are nearby and everything is very convenient.

Went to the airport and booked a taxi for us, it only cost 700 lira. Location: Located in the core of the old city, it is very close to Sofia Cathedral, Blue Mosque, Archaeological Museum, Ms. Hurrem Bathhouse and other attractions. It can be reached in about ten minutes on foot. No need to take a taxi, which will be blocked in the old city and expensive. Cleanliness: They were cleaned very clean every day and the things on our table were arranged neatly. Facilities: The gym is small but well-equipped. It is enough for simple exercises. The swimming pool is not constant temperature, so I did not go there. Others: The breakfast is rich in variety, and the a la carte menemen are delicious. It is said that there is also afternoon tea, but we were all playing outside and didn’t particularly come back to eat.
