Room was perfect, very near to Metro. And good price

Environment: Large room, quiet surrounding

We were given a smoking room because we had not specified it before. It is not nice to smoke in the rooms.

Average, not worth the price

The water come up from the shower all the time. That's the only negativ. The stuff are kind and helpfull. They need some english lesson, but we could understand each other. I will choose Bostanci Hotel if i plan to go to Istambul again.

We have made reservation for two rooms, both were dirty and absolutely not hygiene. My wife and myself we have request to clean our room. It was +30 degrees Celsius. Air conditioners were not working properly.

The hotel is standard, and conveniently located. I enjoyed a great massage in the SPA. Breakfast was regular, only Nescafe was offered. I was disappointed by the lack of service, it was very poor and almost rude. -Bar: I was the only customer. When I ordered a cup of tea I was kept waiting to the point that I got up and left. The 3 employees were chatting and could not care less about the customer. Only when I left and complained they offered to bring me a cup of tea to my room. -Front desk: No help with the luggage.

Loved our stay at the Bostanci Hotel. Front desk staff was helpful with every detail and patient with language barriers. The complimentary breakfast each morning was varied and delicious. The room was pleasant and quiet. The hotel is a bit far afield for the average tourist, but public transportation is an easy walk -- both to the Marmaray Line to the old city and to the metro to reach Kadikoy. The ferry port is also close. There is also a pleasant and affordable spa which was happily visited by a couple friends traveling with us.

Uzun zamandır kaldığım en kötü oteldi.Konumunun güzel olması ve çalışanları hariç otel tam bir fiyasko.40 derece İstanbul sıcağında 3 gün kaldığımız otelde resmen kavrulduk.Klimaları çalışmıyordu yazık ki.Uyardık fakat merkezi bir sorun olduğu için bişey yapamayacaklarını söylediler.Ve temizlik de çok başarısızdı yazık ki.

Aircon was not working through out my stay for 3 days. Despite having repeatedly told, it was not rectified. Reception staff don’t speak English. Hairdryer was intermittently working No hanging clips in bathroom Corridors are dark and pathetic Overall very poor experience.

Ailem ile birlikte kaldığım The Bostancı otelden çok memnun kaldım. Temiz ve ferah bir otel . Personeli güleryüzlü ve çok ilgili. Kahvaltısı bizim için yeterliydi. Yalnızca eksik olarak buklet ürünlerin olmamasını söyleyebilirim . Her şey için teşekkür ederim

Uygun fiyatlı ve ulaşıma yakın olsun derseniz iyi bir seçim olabilir. Otel ana caddede ve marmaraya 10 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde. 5.katta konakladık Standart bir oda. Giderde sıkıntı vardı Ve klima.cok iyi çalışmıyordu . Resepsiyona bilgi verildikten sonra klima ni nebze düzeldi .

Merkezi konum da hamam spa ve masaj olanakları var. Güler yüzlü personeli ile ufak tefek kusurlarını görmezden gelinebiliyor. Tesisatları sıkıntılı demirbaşlar da bazı sıkıntılar oluyor. Sabah kahv. Çok güzel açık büfe çeşit çok. Akşam yemeği arzu edilirse alınabiliyor.

Odaları geniş ve temiz Çalışanlar ilgili Kahvaltısı ***et çeşitli , konumu metroya 300 metre Marmara’ya 750 metre vapurlara 1 kilometre ***et iyi konaklanabilir , bebeğimizle kaldık hemen bebek yatağı geldi pırıl pırıl kesinlikle tavsiye ederim
