the hotel is great but the checkin was very slow

The room is clean and tidy, but the service did not leave a great impression. Arriving with my husband and child, we did not immediately receive a third set of towels and bedding to make a bed for the child (I booked taking into account the fact that the child is with us at once). incredible in the room, but the air conditioner coped with it after about half an hour, and in general, the staff is friendly, polite and tried to provide the maximum after requesting the right to them 😊

Beautiful facilities with lots of lovely places to chill out including a gorgeous pool. The room was perfect, bathroom and kitchenette facilities had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. We loved the stunning view from our room on the thirteenth floor. Great food and service in all the restaurants including room service with a delicious buffet breakfast. The main reason we will be returning to Burgu Arjaan are the staff. All the members we engaged with were very efficient, kind and friendly. Naz from the front desk helped me with my terrible experience with a taxi driver who tried to scam me with loads of detours to ramp up his tariff. Naz dealt with the very rude taxi driver and then put me in a different taxi with a driver they could trust. It is not often you get such kind support from staff the way Naz assisted me. Much appreciated! The hotel is on the Asian side of Istanbul in Maltepe district, two minutes from the Metro station. The public transport is excellent. Clean facilities and thankfully is all air conditioned. There are lovely local cafes two minutes from the hotel with many grocery stores too. Looking forward to our next stay at Burgu Arjaan.

I recently stayed at your hotel and found the location to be excellent. However, I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness, particularly in the spa area. The spa, which should be one of the cleanest parts of the hotel given its high usage, was unfortunately in a terrible state. The showers were not functioning properly, the sauna was not clean, and the steam room had an unpleasant odor. For a hotel of your caliber, this is unacceptable. Proper and frequent cleaning is essential to ensure the health and safety of your guests. I urge you to address these issues immediately, as the current conditions are not only unpleasant but also pose a risk of illness due to germs. Amazing service I am so happy. Room is immaculate and I would definitely recommend. Housecleaning, room service, doctors/nurses everything is top service, I could not be any happier with my stay. Staff are so friendly and I was worried about coming alone but I feel so safe and comfortable.

The cleaning crew Alrahal and Sinarba were very thorough in their work and were very pleasant. I had a great stay. The receptionists and other staff were very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious too.

Great place for business conventions - the European team loved there! Very friendly staff, comfortable and quiet rooms, excellent installations for meetings, delicious food. Their hiring of young people to introduce them to professional life is super interesting: Musab and Raida were very friendly and helpful during my stay.

Treacherous hotel. Tripped very badly on arrival, unmarked step and slippery rug. Still in position a week later when I left. Emsar on Receptionist, rudest staff member just laughed when I badly injured myself. Room lock would not open, took 2 security guards to cut us out an hour later. Iron blew up and fused all electrics. Main corridor carpets atrocious, just view my attached photos and it is like this throughout the hotel. Not allowed in 24 degrees to put a lounger in the sun and read and could not use pool without purchasing a swimming cap, what a joke. This hotel is run by THE most unhelpful staff I have ever had the misfortune to meet. Davil in the restaurant would not allow me to take breakfast to my ill daughter in our room even though I had paid for it. Was worn out by the end week of the week just trying to have a swim and sit in the sun, with no success. Book somewhere else!!!

The rooms were nice and bed comfortable. However, there was a noise coming from somewhere not in our room that was annoying and kept us up. There was no cutlery in the room. The service in the restaurant was polite swift and helpful. Edanur was very helpful always smiling and nothing was to much when asked. Very polite and service was always with a smile. Would come back to the hotel in the future Thank you Grant
