I stayed here for a few days and for the amount I paid, this hotel was very disappointing. There were stains on the bed even after it was cleaned. I made a complaint and the way I was made to feel was not nice. The hotel staff were generally nice and happy to help which was good. My only issue was the cleanliness of the room and toilet. I will not be returning.

We chose the hotel because it was close to the Istanbul congress center, but since it was also close to many points such as Taksim, Nişantaşı, Osmanbey metro station, we could easily reach everywhere. The reception and bar service staff need to be a little more attentive, unfortunately. It is never a good experience to hear unpleasant comments about a different customer while customers are eating, it would be healthy if the management paid attention to staff training in this regard. Also, it is not appropriate for the service sector to not produce a solution by saying there is no bread left in a restaurant that serves food.

Parking is 500 TL. The website says private parking, but it doesn't say the price. In fact, the hotel staff runs it, and the hotel takes the money, but they say the parking is private. There are parking lots around that cost 150 TL. But the hotel has turned this into an additional source of income. It is very difficult to reach the room given in the hotel. It is like a labyrinth. You can go up to the floor by changing two elevators. The rooms look out onto the windows of very nearby buildings. The pictures on the website have nothing to do with the room. Both the rooms and the access to the rooms are like a puzzle. Don't be fooled by looking at the pictures.

We kindly request you to provide more detailed information when choosing a room. Regarding the type of Ofa, the room we chose for our Zurich trip and our Istanbul trip were different from the room we went to. It would be better if more descriptive information is written during reservation.

The location of the hotel is good. The staff were very nice. I did not eat there. My reservation was for sleeping only. The room size is rather small

The hotel has a very good location. It's easy to get a taxi at that time of day. The rooms are clean and modern. The price/performance ratio for Istanbul is top notch.

Too bad breakfast doesn’t start until 7am. The light on the ground triggers every movement, a real hassle! Too bad the hotel is well located and the staff friendly

The hotel is very centrally located on Nisantasi, Taksim and Besiktas, but the hotel room was not clean, the towels were never changed, the same ones every time (just fold them up and put them back in the drawer) that's what they did every day! I don't even want to talk about the reception! It's really sad that the receptionist doesn't even greet you at a 5 star hotel.
