Good location Sea view room Close to all aminoties

The property is closed to the turístic attraction but you have to be able to walk without assistance due to the condition of the streets and small hill

When we first arrived by night, we were a bit fearful, as the road was tiny and seemed out of the way. However, it turned out to be a great location, a few minutes from the major square with the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. The owners were kind and helpful, and breakfast was very good!

For the price I paid to stay here for 4 nights I would say this was exceptional..very clean throughput. Basic breakfast but it’s what you pay for.

Wonderful stay - room was big with a whole wall of windows. Breakfast was simple but with a decent amount of options. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Short walk to the main attractions. Recommend to all

From our first night to our last the staff at the Four Doors were amazing! They went out of their way for us and nothing was too much of a task for them. Daily housekeeping and it was done to a top level. Breakfast was a a good mix with plenty on offer for all tastes and you have a balcony to eat your breakfast in the sun just be careful of any seagulls!! The hotel is close to Sultanahmet Square just be wary that the walk is steep but coming back is easier there are also local grocery stores around which also accept card. All in all great team and great hotel 10 out of 10

I have given a high rating only because of the change made to my room. My booking was for “Sea view comfort room”. When I arrived, I was straight away taken to their side building - which was straight from “hell”! It was on the second floor with narrow, winding stairs (head reels just going up & down), AC non-functioning and in the back of the building looking onto dirty backyard with glimpse of a small portion of the sea faraway! No elevator. We were alarmed! We were lucky that the individual, who checked us in, was a kind, aged gentleman. We expressed our alarm and agony, requesting a change of room. He said he didn’t have any room available in the main building. After examining , he offered us a room at the back of the elevator, beside the reception. We had no option but to take it, thanking our stars! He had carried our luggage up and brought them down to the room again. Unfortunately I don’t remember his name, but this rating is solely because of his behaviour and service. The breakfast had a good spread and the serving lady very nice. One important factor is the location. It’s in a locality which has many eating choices & near the major attractions like Aya Sofia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi palace etc. For transport, there is a stoppage nearby. But physical fitness is essential to stay here, since access to the hotel involves steep climbs up & down inclines.
