The trip was awful the hotel is in a bad neighborhood people get robbed while walking to and from "hotel" I was kicked out of the hotel due to my children being kids. My father is on a wheelchair and was very difficult. We stayed for 2 nights there the 2nd day they didn't even clean my room I took a trip to Bursa and couldn't even shower due to no clean towels the worst place I've ever stayed. After leaving that dump I found a great hotel and enjoyed the rest of my stay.

The hotel is very centrally located on Taksim Square. Starting from the Taxim Mosque you can hardly miss it (500m). The facility is a bit dated, but everything you need is there! Good water pressure. On the first floor, the music from the in-house cafe is a bit annoying. Generally very thin walls! There is a direct bus to the airport in 10m walk!

В первую очередь хочется отметить хорошее расположение отеля. Отель находится в шаговой доступности от площади Таксим, на которой удобная транспортная развязка: станция метро, автобусные остановки, к тому же до некоторых достопримечательностей можно добраться пешком. Так же в районе этой площади недалеко от отеля находится остановка автобусов " Havaist", на которых можно доехать как из, так и в любой аэропорт города Стамбула за 204 лиры/человек. Очень хочется выразить благодарность персоналу отеля. На рецепции работали братья Керем и Осман - очень вежливые, добрые и гостеприимные ребята. Очень понравилась женщина, которая всегда была на завтраках, не помню как ее зовут, но очень приветливая и дружелюбная. Она же делала различную выпечку на завтрак. Кстати, о завтраках. Завтраки в отеле нам очень понравились! Все свежее, вкусное, ароматное! Мы пребывали в отеле с 16.09-21.09 и за неделю были: омлеты, яйца, выпечка, различные сыры и колбасы, овощи, фрукты, зелень, несколько видов хлеба, кофе, соки, чаи. Голодным точно не останешься! Номер у нас был просторный. В номере есть все необходимое и даже мини кухня: вытяжка, плита, маленький холодильник, раковина. Каждый день в номере делали уборку и всегда давали маленькие бутылочки с водой. В отеле интересный интерьер, много необычных старинных вещей, что делает отель более привлекательным. В последний день пребывания нам задержали рейс, нам разрешили оставить чемоданы в отеле, чтоб мы смогли гулять и не переживать за вещи. Был дождь и Осман - администратор, дал нам зонтик. Хочу сказать еще раз спасибо! Все очень понравилось! Отелю желаю процветания и хороших туристов. Если мы еще раз приедем в Стамбул, обязательно остановимся в этом отеле. Спасибо! ☺

Accommodation in this hotel was a horrible experience for me. I didn't want my time spent muster I asked the receptionist to check the availability of my room for one more night, and he checked the CRM and replied my room was available. But a few minutes later, Osman knocked on the door of my room and insisted on moving to the noisy room behind the kitchen, which I did not accept. Although Osman had taken my phone number on arrival, he was disturbed by a knock on the door for any trivial task. I do not know how some people considered his behavior to be friendly! He is terrible. If you stay in this hotel, do not trust Osman's friendly behavior. Anyway, he was going to force me to hand over my room at 9 in the morning. While I had an important appointment, Osman's irrational behavior made me nervous. Finally, I had to remember that checkout is at noon. And he was still raging in the alley in front of the hotel. It's important to note that the hotel is situated on a steep slope and is unsafe even during daylight hours. Because all the people in the vicinity look like smugglers. It's no surprise that the best view from the window is of a ruin. The only positive vibe is the kitchen worker's taste which makes breakfast enjoyable

Siamo state in questo hotel per una notte, ci hanno dato una camera con apertura solo con chiave perché la tessera magnetica non funzionava. Stanza 104 Durante la notte c'è stato un tentativo di intrusione nella stanza fortunatamente ostacolato dalla valigia posizionata davanti alla porta. Abbiamo chiesto il cambio di stanza, ci è stato accordato solo dopo nostra insistenza. Esperienza terribile. Fortemente sconsigliato..... non prenotate questo albergo.

Rooms are tiny and dirty. There are toiletries but impossible to use it. Shower was very dark and water was all around the floor. Towels and beddings were not perfectly clean and old. Drinking water isn’t included, you get it only on check-in and later you can buy it only. Electric kettle was dirty with mold inside.

Very central location, within a short walk from Taksim Square and all the shopping and entertainment area. And despite being in the middle of everything, it is a quiet and relaxing place. Rooms have a very good size and are very confortable. Very friendly and helpful service. One of our best stays in our 7 week trip in Europe and Central Asia.
