The worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. The place is far away, the staff are very bad, their behavior is very rude, and they do not have luggage service. I mean, you take your bags to the room and drop them off, and the reception staff speak arrogantly. The rooms are all dirty and dusty, the bed is dirty, the curtains and carpets are dirty, and there is a smell.
The room is bad and there are insects in the room and on the bed such as cockroaches. They do not have a valet service. When I asked the receptionist about parking my car and taking my bags to the room, he responded to me in a rude manner. You parked your car and took your bags to your room and asked the reception for towels for the shower at 11pm. I received the towels at 9am. I do not recommend. Someone can reserve it.

The towels are very old and the floor carpet are very old have not good smell. The air condition is not good. They donot arrange the room everyday even I asked to do they dodnot do. Not near to restaurants or shopping mall.

Hotel is not in city center. But close to business center that called istoc. If you have things to do there , it can be good option
